No certificate and no communication
I placed an order on the 5th April - a gift as I’m sure most of these purchases are - and after I received the confirmation of order via e-mail, I have heard nothing since.
I have left a voicemail on the mobile phone number quoted on the site. I have emailed the “heretohelp” email twice, and have just tried emailing the address on the PayPal transaction email. I notice that Robert has responded to feedback on trustpilot before, and maybe there’s a chance I will get a response here. Very, very poor customer service. I would NOT recommend and just want my money back
UPDATE After a prompt response from Robert, promising a replacement and a refund, a week has gone by. No further communication from the company, no replacement and the refund promised was not processed through PayPal. Still trying to get hold of somebody.....

I have just seen your Trustpilot review and was really shocked as we hadn’t heard anything about these issues, and so I had one of my team look in our Junk folder and your messages were all sat there. We never want any customer not to be happy, and upon checking I can see your parcel was dispatched on Wed 7th April via Hermes, and this should have been with you well before now. I have tried to track it and it says “in transit” as a status which cannot be correct. I can arrange for a brand new one to be dispatched by Next Day courier and share the tracking code with you whilst I attempt to track down this item, I will speak to Hermes directly.
To show you our commitment to our customers I will also refund your payment to you. That way you will have your money back and your order for free. We are really sorry that this has happened, and you may find the original parcel also turns up, in which case please let us know.
I hope this will restore your faith in us. Had we seen the messages our junk folder we could have dealt with this sooner for you and I apologise for this missing item.

Chris, this is the first we have heard of this! If your order hasn't been received we would have happily tracked it or sent a replacement. We ship many parcels each day and especially pre-christmas, and there always is a risk one could go astray. Please message us as to whether you would like a replacement sent or a full refund. Jess as discussed we pride ourselves on our service and when we tracked your delivery it still has a status of "out for delivery" and that cant be right as it was sent on 16th Dec. We have arranged a next day delivery leaving us Monday 4th Jan to arrive Tues 5th. We never want a customer to not receive their purchase so this disappoints us as much as you. I have asked for a response from Hermes as to what has happened as we too would love to know,. in the mean time we will resolve this now
