In this building, you will hear your neighbour using the loo and cringe at every flush, perhaps every 30 minutes. The walls are thin, the maintenance and management are evil and incompetent, the common areas are filthy, and there is so much marijuana smoke on a daily basis that you'll fear choking. If you would like to derail your life path and sink down into the lowest levels of abject hell, then feel free to risk everything by living in this DUMP run by "It's Your Place" management staff, i.e. the most incompetent people you will ever come across in the business. A HORRIFIC experience by every measure. Do not, under any circumstances, deal with them.
