AVOID STARCADET.COM FEAR GEAR…
I recently ordered from this place through FEAR GEAR STARCADET.COM. They say I received my order and this is the first of 2 orders I placed. First ofc I contacted my postal service and they told me to contact where I ordered and in return contacting STARCADET.COM, who in turn told me to contact my local postal service! Feels like I'm just getting a run around. Nobody wants to take responsibility which I find very sad. And the woman COOWNER AND CEO OF STARCADET.COM, I had contact with was not at all helpful or nice but rather snide and downright rude and I felt like they don't believe me, going to be interesting to see if my other order from STARCADET/FEAR GEAR; PROJECT FEAR will show up or will I be out money and the merchandise I ordered. Plus I had to pay toll/tull taxes for it to come into sweden!
I've had problems receiving other items from time to time from all over the world but the companies always put a trace out on the package/order. Another company I ordered from SHAKERS, the first t-shirt I never received, not only did the owner put a trace on my first order but sent me 2 new t-shirts in different colours to make up for the first missing, now that's service and always pleasant when I contacted them.
I'd advise not ordering or have anything to do with this company STARCADET.COM especially if you're ordering from Europe.
