Terrible I spent near $600 for eye exam…
Addendum it’s now date April 12 and my full refund has not been sent to me by Wilmington office nor corporate.. I am about to sue them. Terrible I spent near $600 for eye exam and glasses, drove 1.1/2hrs the went after notice glasses in, then glass prescription blurt could not see nothing.
Rachel as manager states need another exam makes no sense . Update I just left this place on today 03/31/26 and Rachel was there claiming to issue $480 and not exam cost. I demand the entire amount of my cash immediately by tomorrow FED EX to her and corporate by phone or otherwise a medical malpractice and injunction to close the office as a result of a pattern of neglect if it is not at my office address. A costumer’s eyes are important than to not have the right eye contacts nor the right prescription for glasses which was paid for services. This is my third trip there and addition travel, cost, injuries and loss of wages are incurring daily.

Attentiveness was at an all time high
Attentiveness was at an all time high. Each person I dealt with really informed me on things I knew nothin about & took their time explaining & had lots of patience with me as a 35 year old having to get a real eye exam & new glasses for the 1st time ever.
