Got my glasses in the place year. Had the same frames at the store, flipped out the old lenses and put them in the new frames in 20 minutes. Didn’t charge a thing!

Never received both pair of glasses but marked picked up but I never picked them up or even a pair until just recently

Everything went wrong

Waited 10 mins at front desk before even being greeted and workers aren’t very sympathetic towards problems that occur with products or customers

The 79.00 deal sounds good but when you get there the options to choose from are all sold out. We are a family of 6 and we all wear glasses. We though this would be our new location for all our family eye needs. Unfortunately we won't be returning. I only give it 2 stars because my daughter glasses did get made the same day. I wouldn't recommend. Staff was misleading and I paid way more then I expected.

As a walk in I was seen right away . My prescription was spot on ! 👍👍🇺🇸🐊

The staff were all friendly and helpful. The special was two pairs of frames and an exam for $79 which is a good price. However the color of label that was included in the sale had two available options in store so they let us pick from the next tier up. The claims of same day glasses are not accurate, I had to wait a week for my first pair and a little over two weeks for the second. This isn't that long of a wait, but was disappointed when going in you expect to leave with the glasses that day. One pair is too tight for my face but the store has only had one employee every time we go in so I've been unable to get them adjusted properly. Luckily they're plastic frames so I was able to warm them up a bit and bend them enough to where it doesn't give me a headache to wear all day. I'm pretty sure my prescription isn't correct as street signs are still blurry and hard to read. The exam didn't check my reading ability for the need of bifocals but I'll probably end up getting cheap premade readers as my vision up close has gotten worse over the years. For the price of everything, I can't be too upset. However, I feel the need to go elsewhere to get my prescription checked so my vision is more clear when driving. My vision is not as clear as it was during the appointment which makes me wonder if there was an error in translation between the online vision test doctor and the actual store. But with it being so cheap for everything I don't feel ripped off, just kind of cheated. Because it will be another eighty bucks on top of whatever it costs to get an exam elsewhere for a more accurate prescription.

The customer service at this location is horrific. Very, very long wait times even when there is almost no other patients. Very disinterested in the customers. No service when you first arrive without standing at the front desk alone in an empty room for several several minutes. The website describes approximately half an hour for a visit however I was the first patient of the day and it still took over two hours. Disinterested employees to the point of feeling rude.

It took 2 weeks to get my first pair of glasses in and the second pair had the wrong prescription so it took another 2.5 weeks to get that corrected. The employees seemed bothered that I complained about the second pair being wrong and tried to gaslight me and tell me that it’s just my eyes. They still refuse to admit it was the wrong prescription.
