Glasses didn’t fit, I feel I paid decent money for them. The person behind the counter said he couldn’t do anything except bend them to make them fit. I had to come back again because they didn’t fit them the first time. The glasses still don’t work for me I have to take them off to eat.

Your employee sold me on more expensive frames and lenses and after receiving the lense is sticking out of the frame a lot. Was told I would be contacted to fix this, I never was. Oh and the test was more then $75 due to the upselling so I walked out paying over $300

All of the employees were very helpful and were able to accurately answer questions. Edgar in particular stood out for his great customer service. This place provided an affordable service and contacts at a good price.

This place was awesome and had what I needed and fast. Marcos was big help and good vibes. Thank you guys

Cant afford to see a specialist for my eyes, my vision is horrible. I went with them the price was great and i love the glasses. I can see again. Im really happy with how fast I got them too.

I had a good experience with the staff during my exam and receiving my eye glasses two weeks later.

thought I'd give this place a shot. My. Ousin went to Americas best. I went here. He got his in his estimated time frame. But here...Glasses are nowhere in the "estimated" time frame! I got one pair. I keep being told by the by different employees my other pair be ready a certain day, and when i get there, its not there. They said it would get another text when these are ready..never got the text for the first pair. Communication is awful here. I was never even told before my exam that the exam would be remote? That's just so weird and wouldn't have stayed if I would've known. Not happy with this place and will never give them my business again.

Excellent service

The exam and ordering process was very nice. The attendants were friendly and the examiner was patient.
However, the people who were available when we went to pick up our glasses and contacts were not as helpful. It was like we were interrupting something. No one else was in the facility, who or what were we interrupting? The pregnant lady was not very friendly and the other lady didn't seem to take the time to help her patient try on first ever set of contacts. Very disappointing

I recently got my glasses from Staten Optical and unfortunately I’m not satisfied with how my bifocals turned out. It feels like the bifocal strength is not correct or not strong enough compared to what I had before. With my previous glasses, I clearly had a noticeable difference when looking through the bottom portion, but with these, I can still see far away even when looking through the lower part of the lenses.
It honestly feels like there may not be a proper bifocal prescription in these lenses. I did take the eye exam there, so I expected the glasses to match my needs better.

The glasses and communication with the store were both great. Friendly staff. Prices seemed competitive as well. My only concern is that I had no idea that the optometrist was not going to be in the store, but on line. I would have preferred to have an on site optometrist so as to have better communication as I have always previously had at other merchants. However the prescription turned out just fine.

Made my appointment 3/18 and purchased 2 frames, plus had an old pair reframed. Pick up was delayed for all three, not to mention they also gave me the wrong frames, delaying it even further. My reframed glasses still aren’t ready- they said they would be calling me back in 24-48 hours, that was on 4/1. I’ve already had to go back on two separate occasions, and now I will have had to go back for a third time. I live over 30 minutes away and as we all know, gas is not cheap these days. I’m very disappointed in service from this company. Will NOT be spending money here again. And I still have not received any information regarding my third pair of glasses.

The quality of the frame is perfect but the lenses came super scratched like they didn’t even try to be careful at all while putting the lenses on. So now I have to wait two weeks again for my lenses to be remade. Hopefully they’re not scratched again. You would think that paying over $400 for a pair of glasses they’d at least not be scratched when I go pick them up…
