I called the company on Thursday to request some information and from that initial contact I was sold. The courtesy, and consideration I received encouraged me to do business with you.
Mind you, I have insurance in NYC that my child is on and I could have gotten her eyeglasses there for free. However, your deal of 2 for $79 was an offer I could not pass up.
The service when i came in was good. It was prompt, thorough, professional and I felt respected
throughout. My child is happy with her 2 pairs of glasses and so am I.

Gia who done my eye exam was absolutely wonderful! She was friendly, knowledgeable, professional, was patient and helpful helping me pick out my frames. I would rate Gia 5 stars. The issue was the woman who helped me when I picked up my glasses, I didn’t get her name. I was under the impression that she was going to make sure they fit my face properly and adjust them if needed. When I picked up my glasses she handed them to me and put a tablet in front of me with a man who she nor him introduced to me. My glasses keep sliding down my face and now I have to drive back 90 minutes if I want to get them adjusted.
