I asked for my tint to be black for my sunglasses. I did not want transitions. I live in Florida. I need dark prescription sunglasses for driving. While waiting in my car for my regular prescription glasses, I noticed that my sunglasses say gray tint not black. When I went back inside to ask, I was told that is the darkest you can get for sunglasses. Unless they are transitions. They should told me that to begin with ! I tried to cancel the sunglasses but since it was two pairs for $79 , which was actually $250 with the special, it would be the same price. I definitely do not recommend

I came to get my contact linses. Previously I had appointments to check my vision before purchasing them. So I made an appointment this time but when I came they said that my previous prescription still good to buy new lenses. That I did. Easy and fast

The staff at this location are outstanding, impeccable, all the above honestly. They’re very inviting and kind spirited. They helped my daughter not only find the right pair of glasses but we got a super awesome deal for both pair. Hats off to Brandy and Phillip 🎉🎉🙌🏾🤗 . Keep doing ya thing ✊🏾

Eye exam was fine, but the only thing I can compare this to was being at a mechanic, went in for the 79 dollar free eye exam and 2 pair of glasses and got up charged at every turn adding tests I did not need and everything and all said and done glasses cost almost 400 dollars

Then after paying told they would be ready in 7-10 days took almost 20 days for my glasses

Inaccurate prescription was given and exam cost wasn’t reimbursed. We had to spend more money for another exam with a different doctor. Otherwise, very nice people at Stanton and easy service.

Friendly staff with a determined drive to get the right Rx for the patient & happy to make any adjustments.

Prescription is wrong can’t see a darn thing I should’ve stayed with eyeglasses world as they have a actual human optician

Stanton optical only has Virtual optician which is straight crap, need a real optician after all covid is done and I paid over 1200 for glasses that are trash and it wasn’t virtual currency they received from my bank account

My prescription is not correct. The top is correct but the bottom is not strong enough for me to read what i was reading with my glasses before the new ones.

Phil was great! The whole staff were really nice and professional. And the doctor made sure everything was correct after I got my prescription.

You have to wait a long period of time. When I came in to pick up my glasses the prescription was put in wrong had to send them back this was April 6 . I just call to see if they where ready to be li ked up and they said its been ready since April 22nd but I received no phone call or text no communication at all about my glasses. I WILL NOT BE COMI G BACK HERE IN THE FUTURE!!!!!

The customer service at this location is always top tier. My sales rep was nice, helpful, and she does it all with a smile on her face. Thank you Brandy

The customer service was a 10! Brandi and staff did a great job in accommodating my eye care needs! But after at least three attempts to get the right prescription and lens correction, I’m still not satisfied. I’m wearing the glasses now but my vision is not the best with the on. At times it seems like my natural vision is clearer without my current prescription lenses I purchased from Stanton Optical.

I walked in the store and was greeted by the friendly staff. I recommend this store to anyone who asks about my glasses. I had my frames already and it only took 25 mins as a walk-in. I appreciate the help and love the way my glasses came out.

Didn’t like the use of zoom call to complete final fitting of new glasses.

I’ve been a customer there at that location maybe since 2019, never had a complaint. Not to mention the Store Manager was very helpful with my last two visits. But today, I went in to pick up my glasses, after the virtual conversation on the fitting of the glasses I left with no issues. But after getting into my car I tried them on again and noticed a crack on the right side of the frame. It looked as though they were glued back together. I went back in the store to point it out. The associate Phil put the repair order in. As he was putting the order in he seemed a little frustrated & asked questions about my prescription that should have been on the screen in front of him. I asked if there was a way I can get them faster than 10days due to it being their fault. Now here’s where the complaint comes in, Mr. Phil answers me by saying… no “THEY” (I guess meaning the lab) don’t do rush orders so, I asked even if u guys messed them up? He proceeds with THEY have 1000s of orders & THEY don’t have time to one single order out. Keep in mind I never got an apology for my frames being broken. At that point is when I felt my business was not appreciated. I asked, “so u guys don’t treat each customer as an individual?” He goes “yes but again They have 1000s of stores & customers nationwide they don’t have time to expedite one pair.” He kept saying they as if he’s not a part of the company. Now don’t get me wrong, I understand procedures & protocols but his delivery was so disrespectful & unappreciative for my business. I paid my hard earned money that I can barely afford the way this economy is set up just to be treated as though your company is giving me a handout. I asked to speak with someone else & she delivered the information the same but just a little milder. My gripe is having to wait forever again for my glasses that they broke & mostly the unapologetic response I got. This issue may be small to some but I just want to feel appreciated when patronizing a business & also would like to receive a little empathy for a mess up that was caused by the company.

I did not like the fact that I didn't see an Eye Dr. I like my frames but not the glasses. I can't see well at all with the bifocals. I have to use strong readers to see anything up close. It's hard to focus with these glasses. I'm disappointed.

Still waiting to get the prescription right.
