I received new glasses for the first…
I received new glasses for the first time last month. I had some adjusting to learn and had some issues with the frames and the script. Each time I went into the store, I felt welcomed. I felt heard. I felt validated. I was even given a new eye exam where the dr adjusted my original script. This week I picked up my new frames and the improvement although subtle in numbers, is huge in my eye sight and clear vision. I am very grateful toward the entire staff. They all are great and professional. You have a great team in the Nampa store. Thank you all.

Excellent staff…
All the ladies working there really made getting my first pair of glasses really amazing. They helped my pick out the style and we're honest (in a nice way ) on what looked good and what didn't look so good. There are no pushy sales. Glasses arrived almost a week before expected and it is amazing to see things so clearly. I definitely should have done this sooner.

Store looked old and worn down and dirty. Tablets they wanted you to use to fill out information were gross. Glasses I bought didn’t help my sight. We will not be going back there ever again.
