Dr Fackrell was an absolute warrior for me and so was his team! I mainly dealt with Lana and Ava, they were absolutely amazing and so caring in a very scary situation. I can not express my gratitude for catching the seriousness of the situation and jumping straight into action with the most urgency and empathy. I will never go anywhere else for my eye exams. This team was a bright spot in a dark time. They went above and beyond and I will be forever thankful for the kindness and the way they advocated for me.

Great service at the appointment, but very dissatisfied with the glasses being not correct and then new correction order never got ordered. Not happy!

Care more. Script less, please.
While I am happy to have my rx renewed... there were some things that happened that have made me not want to come back next year.
1. Stop scripting everything. Be more human. The tech walking around and following a script really took away from the whole experience.
2. Stop pushing them as hard to make a sales quota. I was pushed to get an unnecessary scan and they tried to make me pay for it... for nothing. There was little to no difference in my eyesight from last year. It also became a fear thing "we are worried about your eyes, youll need to see doctor but its gonna cost you.." I'm pretty sure my insurance should already cover me speaking to my eye doctor. This was ridiculous. Do better. My eyes were fine and even the optometrist seemed annoyed by the situation. Script and push less. Care more please.

Why they did not get it trifocals the first time, I don't know. I have tried trilocals before and they only did my distance...I have been 2 times before with no problem.

Great value
I have acute cataracts so I am waiting for my regular ophthalmologyst to green light my cataract surgery. I had gone months without being able see clearly. it was a challenge to find a prescription that worked for me. For under$200 I walked out with two pair of glasses that allowed me to see again. My 84 year old mother is a patient at the Namoa office as well.

Even though I bought the least expensive product Stanton offers ( 2 glasses for $79 )everyone there was professional ,friendly and informative and I never felt rushed to make room for more profitable customers .
As I was leaving I told the women that had prepared my glasses when I am ready to get more expensive glasses I will be back !
