Eye exam experience was awful. Actually, most of the experience was uncomfortable. And of course there’s the whole mis-advertised eyeglass specials, BOGOs. Bait & switch.

The staff is efficient, kind, and work well together. The Ophthalmic assistants are gentle and patience when providing services to get your prescription. I had the honor to work with the employee, Jennifer. She was personable giving me insight and recommendations on glasses. She was very clear and professional on what was covered and what I could add additionally. I ordered two pairs of glasses on Friday to receive them on Monday so the service was all around exceptional.

If there is a real concern about this review, then a refund is in order...refund my insurance especially since no eye exam was given. This establishment is a pure RIPOFF. 1st nowhere on their website does it state virtual service,they charged my insurance company and me for a farce of an exam then told me that I would have to see an optometrist for a real exam!!! I'm reporting them to the insurance company immediately! One of the papers they gave me was to refer others to them...I WOULD NEVER!!! They are ripping off hard working people...this should be illegal and investigated for their business practices

Convenient Hours
Convenient hours and location drew me into the store to make an appointment. The second visit was better than the first. I had to repeat the tests and come back twice. Had the first visit been my only, it would have been 5 stars.

The lab was awful
The employees were nice, friendly and helpful. The store was very nice.
The problem was their lab they sent to. After 3 tries to get my progressive correct (6 weeks later I could not read). I wear reading glasses that are 250 after having cataract surgery. Each time the glasses were not at 250.
