Customer service was amazing!
Customer service was amazing. Everyone especially Elizabeth was very helpful, informative and accommodating. We have an hour drive to your store and Elizabeth made my glasses on the spot so we didn't have to drive back even though it was time for the store to close. We have been to this location many times and have always had a great experience.

Machine not working for exam

When I called was told no we dont say that I asked specifically about the time because my glasses were broken
I truly feel its a bait and switch operation. I asked do have any cheaper do I could get them today. we dont have your lenses. So much for same day. I didn't know where the less expensive frames were until pick up. Not the area your directed to after exam so thats convenient. I was charged 180 for professional fees when 3 people couldn't make your machines work
But was told I got a deal because 150 was taken off? I have never used before doubtful that will use again.

The young lady that assisted me was very understanding. She went above and beyond to making sure my glasses can be replaced along with my scratched lens. I wish that I could remember her name. If I did, I would give her a major shout out. I can tell you that she was in the front desk where you sign in or ask for assistance. She was doing doul roles.

Excellent Service
From start to finish the service was amazing. We started with an eye exam and ended with picking out 2 pair of glasses and receiving them the same day. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and so helpful.

Service was timely
Service was timely. Having a virtual visit for an eye appointment was not something we were anticipating and was a little strange. As a 30+ year glasses wearer I do think some things were missed or glossed over not having an in persons physician. But service was fast, we got a pair of glasses the same day and everyone was helpful and pleasant

I was in and out in less than an hour with an eye exam and 2 different pairs of eyeglasses. The optometrist consultation was thorough and top tier. It was the most amazing eye appointment ever from start to finish!

Horrible experience so bad we walked…
Horrible experience so bad we walked out. We had two scheduled appointments to get a new script for glasses. We waited one hour to have the 1st tests done. There was no air conditioning and it’s 100 degrees.
I asked how long until we saw the online doctor and she said there is only ONE working ALL the Stanton Optical shops today. We gave up and will never return. Poor customer service that is managements fault, not the people sweltering in the store.

Ordered eyeglasses from bobby Jones expressway location. Bifocal lens was so high vision was blurred. Ordered sunglasses from Washington rd. location they forgot to include bifocal lens. Canceled both orders. Wasted two days.
