I tried ordering pants from the…
I tried ordering pants from the website, and because they were on the more expensive side, I ordered based on the measurements in the size guide. But, according to the size guide, if I wanted to order a 32x32 size, I would need to order a size 31R. When I finally got the pants after a week in transit, they were size 31x32. When I tried returning them, it was then that I realized that I would have to pay for my own shipping. Which means l’m already about $30 deep into this and I still don’t have the pants I want.

Sizing was way off
Sizing was way off. Far too small.
Maybe mislabelled?
Sent it back. Refund was pretty seamless but they deducted £7 for return post 😩
So would probably avoid Stan Ray as it’s a gamble on sizing and costly

Poor return period
I purchased a Xmas gift in late November and didn't check return period on website. The present didn't fit and can't return as outside 14 day return period. Apparently if I had bought a few days later would have been in Xmas and more generous return period. I won't buy anything from Stan Ray again. Product is good quality and looks great but....

Inaccurate Size Guide (or trousers)
- Size guides don’t seem to be accurate. I measured a pair of trousers that fit perfectly & compared them to the Size Guide for the OG painter trouser. They arrived and were 2 inches too big.
- They take return shipping out of the refund - circa £10 down.
