Extremely disappointed

I purchased a jacket in 1st May as a gift with the event now past. Delivery is supposed to be 2-4 working days which I paid an additional £4 for. I have had no update on my item has it been sent for delivery yet or is it still being processed?

I have emailed customer service now multiple times waiting a week so far with no response.

I really wanted to love this set but….

I received the OG Painter Pant in Natural Drill and honestly was really disappointed. The fabric felt more like the kind of material used for clothing samples or prototypes, not a finished premium product at this price point. The stitching was extremely basic, the pants weren’t lined, and overall they just did not feel worth the cost at all.

What made the experience worse is that I ordered the matching jacket as a set, bringing the total to around $430 CAD, and only the pants showed up. I was never notified that the jacket was unavailable, yet the payment still went through for the full order. The whole reason I ordered was to have the matching set.

Then after all that, I had to pay return shipping myself to send the pants back.

Really frustrating experience overall. I wouldn’t recommend.

Terrible Customer Service and support
Ordered two items - 1 item never came
Tried contacting them - no answer after repeated attempts
There clothes aren't cheap so to be without a £125+ Jacket for over a week is unacceptable
Really has put me off the brand, was really excited - now I dont think I would shop there again.

I placed an order 1 month ago today for a £125 jacket. It has still not even been dispatched. I’ve emailed 7 times and had no reply. I’ve messaged on instagram and no reply.

I’ve just started a chargeback via Monzo. I can’t believe how bad the service is.

Follow-Up on Exchange and Return – Order EXC-#69724-1

Hello,

I’m following up on my previous messages regarding Order EXC-#69724-1.

I had finally received an email on March 26 from someone named Tim regarding the incorrect items and next steps for the exchange and return. However, I haven’t received a response since replying to that email.

At this point, I’ve received the incorrect size twice, and the return portal is still showing the item as “not yet shipped,” which prevents me from initiating another exchange.

I wanted to check on the status of the replacement pair, and also whether you’re able to provide a return shipping label so I can send back both pairs that were the incorrect size.

Could you please advise on next steps or arrange for the correct item (36W x 32L) to be sent?

I’d appreciate an update when you’re able.

How is it possible that a size 32 pant I bought in Nordstrom fit like a size 29? And then another size 32 pant I bought from your website fit like a size 33? Not to mention it having a finger-sized hole right below the front zipper. I REALLY love y’alls product but come on…

Terrible quality shirt

My wife bought me a Stan Ray Charcoal Plaid shirt that I'd had my eye on for a while. I'd be disappointed with this quality on a shirt 1/4 the price. It was disappointing from the start, and after 3 or 4 washes the material has ripped apart on the sleeve. Loved the style of this brand, but won't make the mistake of buying again.

Why can't you give zero stars ?

Item ordered and delivery by DHL was promised in 2-4 days. However, the confirmation email changed delivery to 3-6 days. Not a big deal, but a sign of things to come. A week later I had still not received a dispatch email, so I emailed their customer service for an explanation. An automated response blithely informed me that staff illness was "affecting the speed of their response". I can only assume that Stan Ray is a one-man operation. Surely a global brand cannot be this poor with customer service and delivery. Noting recent comments on here, I am not alone. A few more days and I contact my credit card company for reimbursement. Totally unacceptable.

Terrible service - no return possibilities

I bought a pair of trousers for a Christmas present. They didn’t fit and I have for two months tried to return the trousers, but the company has not been able to provide me with a return label to be sent from Denmark. My daughter in law had the exact same issue. Haven’t heard anything back in the last months despite numerous emails to them. Terrible service
