Ordered 1 strip for size guide to my u14s football team, this arrived 4 days after I placed order.
I had looked on other websites for stanno strips and all had lead times of around 3-4 weeks.
The price of strips were cheaper on stanno website than all others I looked at too.
I will only go direct to direct to stanno for all my teams sports wear from now on.
Will be ordering the rest of the teams full kit very soon.
Fantastic service all round.

It’s been a month and still not got my items, sent them a email to cancel and still no reply and no money back, not good enough.

We're very sorry to hear that you still didn't get your items. We've looked into it and it appears that there was a wrong label on your package, so it was returned to our warehouse in the Netherlands.
Yesterday we received the package and send it again with the right label. According to the new tracking code the order is out for delivery today, so hopefully you will receive your order soon.
If you still want to cancel the order, you can return the package. When we receive your package with returned goods, you will receive an email notification and your order will be refunded as soon as possible.
