I honestly couldn’t recommend Gift Goals enough! From start to finish, the service has been absolutely spot on. Communication was quick, friendly, and really helpful—nothing was too much trouble.

The quality of the personalised items is brilliant. Everything arrived exactly how we wanted it, with great attention to detail, and the finish is top quality. You can tell real care goes into what they do.

We ordered for our football team and the girls absolutely loved them—it made it extra special having their own personalised items with the club badge.

Great experience with Gift Goals. I required 5 x pairs of customised shin pads at very short notice. The service was really good, they were quick to respond and went above and beyond to get them delivered to me on time. The shin pads arrived on time, really well packaged and the quality of the product was excellent.

Still awaiting product 3 weeks after purchase and payment.
Previously used and really happy with their products good quality and no issues hence why ordered on this occasion for a birthday.
Unfortunately the item was not shipped correctly which meant additional payment required to the postal service for them to deliver package.
Disappointing as should have been a straight forward purchase and no doubt when the item finally arrives it will be excellent in line with previous orders.
Quick to respond to my complaint which is a good sign and resolution in place to refund part of the order along with the additional costs I had to pay for delivery.

Great Communication, i received an email to confirm i was happy with the shin pads before they were sent. My son loved his personalised shin pads. High quality, fast delivery..I will definitely be ordering again.

have not received goods yet and was birthday present. have to pat £3.50 to royal mail as you never put enough postage on for parcel to be delivered absolute joke of a place 🤬🤬🤬🤬

Shin pads bought for my grandson as part of his birthday present. Great personalisation, easy to send a club badge photo which they added to the pads. Fast delivery. Sure he is going to love them!
