Close your account saying trader decision kept all my money

Tried to open account , deposited £500 . Then they just take my money because they can't verify something . !!!! Absolute joke , way behind competitors , guess that's why they remain small players

was actually reasonably happy with these guys for most of the time (a few months) my account was open. Made 3 or 4 bets a week on horses and overall was about breaking even. Then in the last couple weeks i had a bad losing streak and these muppets send me an email saying theyre closing the account. Yes, thats right, i was doing the mug punter thing and losing! They still shut me down. I think they got paranoid at the amount of bets i was making and suspected i MIGHT be a pro, lol. Heaven forbid even a novice punter like myself stick at it and make some profit. Seems they mostly just want folks to empty their wallets in the casino. It might even be "acceptable" to back and win with a few horses at the big festivals, or try your hand at football accumulators. Otherwise they dont want to know you.

Was happy with stanjames. Nice easy site to use. But after a few months they emailed to say my account had been closed.
Not sure why betting on their side means I get my account closed.
Luckily there are loads of other sites I can use.
So their loss.
Avoid wasting your time and just go elsewhere.

Joined about 2 weeks ago , Had a few bets and won . Got a email today saying best odds on horses guaranteed.Got banned for picking the best odds on horse tacing .Avoid these mugs .It's like betting with del boy. Took 120 off them anyway .

Crap,tried putting a £5 double on to return £120 and that would only let me place 90p this isn't the first time!! They just want mug punters

opened account because of offer bet £10 get £20 free bet put my £10 bet on lost ,while waiting for my free bet my account was closed within a hour and asking for scanned documentation and proof of id, conmen if u ask me

I have had an account for over 20 years and had very few issues in that time. Excellent Sports book! Casino is very fair and gives a player a good run for there money! The staff across all the site are very helpful and the chat line is polite and cares about the customers. Lots of chances to win free bets and last football season I got at least £100 in free bets reference there predictor competition each week. Over all a 10/10

Had an account with these operators that was closed down. Why? Because I had lost every single bet. Yes, every single one. The company does nothing to enhance the shady reputation that the gambling industry spends millions in marketing each year trying to counter. I am aware of situations where credit balances have been confiscated too, and I would say trust is something missing from this business relationship.

Any serious gambler will find their account closed, within a short period too and without warning, whether their trend is a win or lose.

I saw a large promotion emblazoned on the front of the Daily Mirror advertising a free £5 bet for the grand national. I have had a stanjames account for a while and used it a couple of times on various things. The promotion clearly states including existing customers

So I went on the website advertised inside and did everything that was mentioned in the advert. The £5 was supposed to be credited within 2 hours. 2 days later there was no money or reply even though I logged in through the offer more than once so I emailed them and received this reply:

I'm afraid your log in did not generate the free bet for this offer and as the offer is now closed no more free bets can now be credited.

I apologise for the obvious disappointment this will cause.

So they know I logged in and then refused to add the £5 free bet. To say I am bemused by the situation is a huge understatement,I have now requested that the account be closed.

Stan James are nothing but a shonkily run operation with a hard to use website and their customer service is next to none. I will stick with other online bookmakers and I advise anybody thinking of using Stan james to use anybody else.

rubbish odds, odds are refused if you place bets over £20. they were fine when i lost £120 over my first 10 bets but closed my account as soon as i won £520 from a genuine £80 bet. had to argue to get my payout.waste of time. only want mug punters and close your account as soon as you have a decent win.

Have just had my account closed after a few winning bets. To put this in perspective this was £210 back from £72 staked. In a month.

Their liquidity must be desperate. Embarrasing outfit.

Been with bookmaker a year or so. Don't use much. Placed a bet £25 won £80. This was also an offer they were advertising where you get a freebet if 2/1 or more bet wins. Received an email shortly after saying trading team have decided to close account down. I also have played games on there and lost. They must have a very small revenue base to close an account down from a single £55 profit from a bet. A bit weird if you ask me. I'll happily put my money elsewhere

Don't waste your time.

Basically they are not interested in your business unless your a mug punter who places stupid 'accas' at the weekend.

If you have a couple of modest winners, will close down your account without little warning. Given the competition around they aren't really a proper bookmaker. I would avoid using them. I've read horror stories of them voiding winning bet without little apology/explination

stanjames do not use shut my account down by Dean he said for swearing but it was because I was winning also never give free bets do not use

Stanjames offer what appear to be great odds, however if you have the audacity to actually win on their inflated odds they will quickly cancel your account.

Same website, diferent rules...unless you are Irish or English you will not be entitled to any bonus, i have made two deposits and used an bonus code and they never credited the bonuses on my account, so i got in touch with the customer service and they said: Unless you are Irish or English you are not entitled to the bonuses...So to deposit is ok but to get the bonuses thatthey advert..NOT
WAF is that racism or what??
Keep away...i can imagine the problem that would be to withdraw if i had any earnings...because i am not Irish or English!!!
