Great customer service
I bought a book online from your website and I had issues getting it delivered abroad as the courier didn’t leave a delivery notice! When I contacted Standún about this, Gráinne was very helpful and replied to my emails quickly and patiently. I got the parcel in the end thanks to her!

I live in California, USA and had frankly not heard of Standun, the company. I was looking for a special piece of Waterford crystal ware and found it and your company on line Purchasing was easy and although shipping took a little longer than buying here locally the merchandise arrived in plenty of time for the giving occasion.
