I was made to feel so welcome when i entered the shop.
The chap left me to browse instead of jumping on me as soon as i walked in.
After I had chosen what i wanted i went to find him and he answered my questions. I made my purchase and i.m definitely going to visit the shop before christmas as i want a new hob and the chap showed me the sort i needed. A very helpful member of your team

Excellent service from Staffs Appliance Centre who had the part I needed at short notice for the installation of my new Neff ovens and at a very good price. They despatched it that afternoon and I received it less than 48 hrs later which enabled my kitchen fitters to install it.

Again they delivered best price and delivery thank you guys well recommend ⭐⭐⭐⭐ ⭐

We were after a new fridge, went to Currys, they were totally unhelpful, decided try Staffs Appliances, woww!! Within 5 mins we had chosen appliance, brilliant price, speedy inexpensive delivery and disposal of old appliance. On delivery day, they were on time, courteous, and efficient, would highly recommend

From walking into the store right up to delivery we were met with guys that were friendly professional and helpful. They answered all our questions and made points we hadn’t even thought of. They delivered on time and let us know when they would arrive. Very pleased, will buy again and recommend.

Simple order process with good accurate description of product. Delivery was quick with good communication through period of order to delivery.

Sorted in less than 20 minutes! I'd seen a washing machine on the website for a bargain price, for in-store only. It was graded stock which means there was a minimal scratch in the door and scuffs on the plinth, which knowing my clumsiness would happen anyway with a couple of days! I only live round the corner so popped over to have a look. Darren was really friendly and helpful, confirming that the machine I'd picked out was ideal for my needs. He brought it out to the car for me and my son and we loaded it into the back. I will now have clean pants for tomorrow! Darren also followed my comedy character on Facebook, The Goth Father. I'll be making reference to the experience on my page too :)

Friendly staff nice product timely delivery

The gentleman that served us was very knowledgeable about the product we were buying. He didn't hover Iver us when we were looking around. He made himself available when we asked fir information. He was very polite and courteous.
I would definitely return. Went to currys before and experience was the complete opposite

The staff were great and went out of their way to assist us in every way. It is a very friendly business and all the staff were friendly and helpful. They were also very patient and nothing was too much trouble. We are very pleased with the products which were not over priced.

I was reluctant to buy from this shop, but everything from placing order to delivery was impeccable. I ordered an exhaust fan for the kitchen and it came quick, clean, properly wrapped. It had everything it needed. Now, whenever I need anything in the house, I look on here first. I can't recommend it enough!
