Getting help with download instructions
I have now bought early versions of MS Office ind installed them on two different PCs. The first one installed easily. I had a problem with the second one because I did not understand the download instructions. The staff at Stacksocial were very patient and guided me via extra emails. Now everything works perfectly.

I’d never heard of Stack Social but I saw it recommended on Reddit. I did a look around and felt it was legit.
I used it to get access to Babbel on a Saturday night. I had done something wrong and wasn’t seeing access on my end. Due to the late hour and holiday the next day, I had a response quickly on Monday morning. They were clear and had reached out to Babbel on my behalf to clear the issue. Amazing! I’ll definitely consider them going forward.

100% Great customer service! I've been a long time customer and feel their service reps go over and above to fix any issues. Yes, some of the products have issues or the reseller goes out of business. But no matter what my issue their team is friendly and helpful. If no solution is available they have promptly refunded purchases. It is refreshing to deal with real humans to assist instead of AI chat bots whom only frustrate the matter. Be alert on what you buy, but if there is a real issue, I trust you will be satisfied! Happy savings.

I bought the Microsoft Office Home & Business for Mac 2021: Lifetime License (at a very reasonable discount) from Mashable and when I got a new computer, I was having trouble accessing the software to download from Microsoft. The Mashable team patiently - and repeatedly - responded to my questions and walked me through solutions until it worked. It’s a relief not to have to buy new software every time they upgrade and the Mashable team is very responsive and knowledgeable.

Terrible Service Unnecessarily Delaying Return of Wrong Item Sent
I made a purchase from StackSocial and they sent the wrong item which I immediately reported and asked to return the unused item. The company delayed, did nothing and did not respond until I filed a claim with my credit card company. I did receive very polite responses from their customer service continuously indicating they had sent several requests to the seller, with my request for a return label/ refund. Interestingly, after I filed with my card company (and they likely received notice from them), they contacted me with a return label which I used and immediately returned. Item was received days ago and still nothing from them in the way of a refund. I have the tracking evidence of return received and will not tire over this silly $50 item purchase. My personal experience.
EDIT: Today, March 29th, I received notice of a full credit of my payment. This was after more than a month of requesting one, with my purchase on Feb 21. Decide for yourself if you choose to buy from this seller. Many challenges along the way. Thankfully, was protected by my Visa credit card company.
EDIT: On March 30, after my refund was being processed, I was contacted by Support for this company asking me if I would edit this review, since all was made right. Well, all was not made right. Yes, I did get a refund which I felt I could get from my card company - that was not the issue nor the reason I wrote this review, which is about lack of customer service and the great efforts taken by myself before resorting to contacting my card company for resolution. Any corrective action by this company occurred after taking the next step.
