Squeaky Clean Duct 

I would leave 0 for their atrocious service. Not only they left the site covered in dust that was blow out from vents and didn't clean the vents. The operator also damaged inlet pipe. I had to chase customer service for several days just to get the response that "the inlet was damaged before" the job, which in fact wasn't . They refused to send someone to check and fix the damage. Don't use them! They promise that with anything not right they will come and fix, but afterwards they plainly refuse to do so.

Very efficient duct cleaner. In spite of late at night, the person was on time and completed the job to my satisfaction. I will definitely recommend it to others. Thank you!!

Part of the Marks Group under SK cleaning. Not recommended. Wanted to charge me another $10/duct on top of quoted on the day. Technicians were not knowledgeable and disconnected from details of quote although courteous enough. Expect this business subcontracts all work. Duct covers not cleaned adequately. Lack of safety equipment. Please try others.

Detailed price was disclosed upfront so we were aware of the cost which suited our budget. Using their service was really good choice. The staff was friendly yet professional. My duct looks as brand as new. :-) Thank you!
