The Premier Park car park at Argos on the Old Kent Road in south London has what can only be an *entrapment space*. The white lines aren't there, but you don't notice as it's exactly the same space as... See more

These and Popla are an utter disgrace
These and Popla are an utter disgrace.
Anyone have issues contact the British parking association and read the private parking code of practice because I can almost guarantee Premier aren’t adhering to it. Also write to your MP - it’s the government allowing this.
Truly heartless people, devoid of human compassion
Truly heartless people. I am in disbelief, frankly. I have explained that my family is in crisis and we had a GP appointment. My crime? Waiting outside a marked bay, not even with the engine off- and ready to move to let anyone pass. I have explained our dire circumstances and that we were at a point of complete crisis, but the company are utterly without even a shred of human compassion. It sums up this country, frankly- that even at an NHS site, merciless, completely kindness-free profit seeking mercenaries are contracted to make money out of the vulnerable.
This company is a complete scam
This company is a complete scam. I am a permit holder at a location using this company. Up until recently, there have been at least 3 cars parked in our bays that have had neither valid tax or MOT, and one of them was there for over a year. The online parking register showed our permits as "never expiring", and yet we were bumped off the list, and, as a consequence received 2 parking fines. which brings me on to a further point. Whereas the previous company put tickets under the windscreen wipers, which gives a clear signal to pirate parkers, this bunch notify by post, which means that you can run up several "fines" without being aware that there is anything amiss. There is no way of contacting them directly, and now their website won't allow us to log in using details supplied by the company, so there is no way of issuing permits to clients.
Absolute scam company
Absolute scam company, they monitor the parking at Valley Centertainment in Sheffield. When there is an event on at the arena they speculatively take photos of random cars legitimately parked and state the driver left the car park, without providing evidence. They reject every single appeal with zero consideration, even when you provide proof of purchase confirming you were in one of the restaurants at the time you apparently left valley Centertainment they still reject your appeal. When you appeal to POPLA they always wait until the very last minute to withdraw the charge as they know it has zero chance of success but they want to scare you into paying. The directors need locking up their operating model is fraud plain and simple.

My son received a PCN for parking his motorcycle on private land outside his gym with zero obstruction & lack of signage. He tried to appeal 3 times on their website & each time it failed to confirm or submit! I feel this is purposely done for financial gain & entrapment.
£5 a minute for queuing to exit car park not actually parked
Got a fine for sitting in a traffic queue for 12 mins, was not even in a parking bay just sat in a queue waiting to exit the piece of tarmac, appealed the fine but knew the answer before I even posted it, they don’t care just out to get as much money as possible

These parking fine companies need shutting down . Set of wankers . There all the same
Bunch of robbers
Bunch of robbers. Appeal process too is a con. Poor car park, lines faded & not visible, lighting & signage poor but penalise the shoppers

Utterly dishonest company using their shameful access to DVLA data to falsely claim non compliance with terms and conditions.
AVOID them whenever possible!!!
AVOID them whenever possible!!!
I would give you -1☆ if that was even possible you cheating scum.
I parked my car by the ice skating centre in Milton Keynes and at the time of the parking I've noticied there is no way to pay "by card" or contactless so after I parked my car, I looked for some place I could get some change. Since this was Milton Keynes, a town designed to drive around and not walk, it took me over 20 min to figure out some change (I had to walk to the Morriston's nearby). Finally, when I got some change, I've paid for my parking stay like I should, for 2h stay (my car stayed at the parking lot for 2h25min because those 25min I've spent looking for change). After couple of weeks I got parking ticket and I have appealed. With the appeal I have explained the whole situation and provided the copy of receipt which I kept "just in case". Imagine my shock when they answered back saying there is no sufficient evidence to support my claim....wtf? And what other sufficient evidence do you expect me to provide?
So the next option would be to appeal to "POPLA" and do you know what they say? If I appeal to POPLA and my appeal gets rejected by them too, then I lose my right to pay discounted penalty because I dared to appeal again (there is no reason given of why I lose my right to pay discounted penalty after I appeal to POPLA...)
DO NOT USE! DO NOT USE!
DO NOT HIRE THEM, THEY WILL LOSE YOU CUSTOMERS
DO NOT HIRE THEM, THEY WILL TAINT YOUR BUSINESS REPUTATION AND LOSE YOU CUSTOMERS. Disgraceful company, I had a valid complaint: parked under 10 mins ( grace period) only to give the keys to Halfords so they move my car inside the workshop as I couldn't find a parking spot on their marked bays. Not my fault at this point as it is Halfords responsibility to then re-park on an authorised spot(all can be seen on cctv). However, Halfords are apparently unable to do anything??? Are they not paying these thieves to manage their carpark? This company just replied with a standard rejection email without even mentioning the reason for being unable to further appeal. My family and I (6 cars in total) are all staying away from Halfords for MOT and yearly services. Stay away from companies like this.
DISCGUSTING
DISCGUSTING! We dropped our son at his University accommodation having just started recently. We did not see any signs and was there for 23 minutes just unloading for him
We received a fine through the post of £60 to which we promptly appealed within a couple of days.
We had an email back from them to acknowledge our appeal and that the fine was paused for them to look into.
We have now just received a debt recovery letter for £110!!!
It now turns out the decision email went into our junk which we can prove so we didn't see it.
Premier Park - You have our address!!!! If these frequently go to people's junk boxes, you should certainly make sure, like the first communication, that you send it via post.
We now have to pay £170. We couldn't afford the £60 let alone £170. For 23 minutes or dropping your child to an education facility.
I am sure noone will reach out to us.

Everyone should be careful from this…
Everyone should be careful from this Thieves and fraud parking company. I went to Houghton Hall to pick up a female passenger with special health conditions. I spent less than 10 minutes. because of the costumer, s health conditions I need to wait and help. 6 weeks later This fraud parking company sent me parking fine. I appeal them with full evidence and details of the pre-booked job with the instructions for costumers health. But they rejected.
This fraud company is a scam and should be take legal action against this fraudsters.
24 minutes
24 minutes, didn't get out of the car. £60.00 robbing gits. What an awful company to deal with.
Parking notice for alleged 1 day and 1 hour stay
I received a Parking Charge Notice for an alleged 1 day and 1 hour overstay in Alvis Retail Park in Coventry, where I go to the gym. The letter was dated 31/01/2026 and it arrived mid February, for the alleged overstay from 11/11/2025 to 13/11/2025.
I went to the gym before midnight on 11/11, left after midnight on 12/11, went to work on 12/11 and to the dentist on 13/11 in my car. It's ridiculous to even consider that I left my car in the retail car park, walked home at midnight as a single woman, for 3 miles, walked to work the next day and the day after, and walked back to the gym on the 13/11.
Somebody at Premier Park is highly incompetent.
I appealed and made a complaint, and I am so fuming about having had to waste my time with this that I want the whole world to know how incompetent and money greedy they are.
Had a fine for parking in a disabled…
Had a fine for parking in a disabled bay with no badge on show sent me a photo of the back of my car no dash photo as this was where the badge was displayed. Appealed this they asked me to prove I have a badge not a chance you prove I haven’t and that it wasn’t on show ! drive a fiat 500 and take my Nan whose badge it is shopping once a week I guess this isn’t classed as a disability car cheeky so and sos
Utterly morally corrupt organisation
Utterly morally corrupt organisation. A vague image of me driving my car and given me an obscene fine. When challenging the fine received a letter in the post to say it had increased even though they say it won't whilst contesting. Not sure how the umbrella company and their managing partners sleep at night stealing from people.
These people are scammers
These people are scammers. It's about time the government will close them. I paid via the App was mentioned on the location, the number was different from the picture that came up. I called them ( Sippy App) and they said : pay, and if there's a problem we will deal with it later. I got a confirmation that I paid but sidn’t say how much. Shortly Th after, I got a PCN notice from Them which I appealed but never got a reply, by now
They sent me a debt collector letter.
I am Going to contact my
MP and I suggest you do the same.
They must be stopped. Facebook is full of the same stories as mine. Disgusting.
Do not park in car parks managed by Premier Park
If it wasnt for the fact that this company has a series of appalling reviews I would think that it was a scam company. Of course they dont give out a number for you to contact them - just an online form that they will very graciously review within 28 days and then decide if they are willing to decrease the fine.
Premier Park claimed that I left my car in one of their Chippenham carparks over night. It's a carpark I use every day to go to the gym - I never leave my car there over night. They have recorded my arrival on one day and then logged me leaving 24hrs later - this is incorrect but of course as you cant speak to anyone its a bloody joke.
