I tried to cancel my order immediately…
I tried to cancel my order immediately after I placed it. I sent them an email, this was late at night. They did not reply to my email but I instead got a shipment notification the next day. I sent them a second email. After a couple of days, they replied to me saying to me that they were sorry, they didn't see my emails. I rejected the package (using return to sender option) Two weeks later, I finally got a refund but not a full one. They deducted the return costs from my refund.
Poor company.
Ordered a lens hood, but the quality of the hood was very poor. I contacted the company. It took them weeks to answer because they 'lost' the email. Eventually they replied rudely.
Turned out I could ship it back, at my own costs.
Very poor customer service and products. Would not recommend.

I don’t believe that in 2022 you are “allowed” and can afford to delay information regarding your order
Better be strait forward about the current situation and meet the customer halfway.

I bought an XF 27mm F2.8 lens hood from this company, and I'm dissatisfied with the product and the service I've gotten. Decisively, the product photos on their website don't show the exact fit, and there is no way to figure this out until you put the hood on. There is a 2mm gap between the lens and the hood which makes the lens fragile, vulnerable to shocks. Basically it's terrible design. I wrote to customer support and wanted to return the product but haven't heard from them.
