This review is on behalf of my 80 year old mum I am beyond belief with how she has been treated by this company she ordered a Kettle and toaster through Amazon on the 4th August 2024 by June 2025 less than a year the kettle had stopped working she contacted Amazon who informed her that she would have to claim through the company and that’s where the fun starts my mum contacted the above company they needed proof of purchase she sent that and they validated the claim great mum will be sent a new kettle but no we had to send a video of the kettle not working so I done this for my mum I plugged the kettle in switched it on it was a video of a kettle not working no noise no lights no boiling sound but still we sent it we then had an email asking us to send the kettle back for there testing department to check before they make a decision although not before telling my mum it would be extremely expensive to return bla bla bla so I took the kettle in the original box to the local post office and sent the kettle back recorded delivery as requested sent them a copy of the tracking number a picture of it being delivered and still nothing no reply no kettle no refund if they do this to 10 customers a week that’s a lot of money not forgetting the possible reselling of the returned items PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY
Refused to replace broken part

Bought a kettle & toaster set kettle just stopped working won’t boil even blew my fuses got in contact with the company sent them all the information proof of purchase video of kettle pictures etc absolutely disgusting customer service offered no return labels no drop off points asked me to return the kettle for there technical support to have a look this would of cost more than the kettle I would never buy anything through this company

Bought a halogen oven from SQ professional through amazon. The handle that operates the oven was temperamental from the start & stopped working after 3 weeks.
I contacted SQ and was asked to send a short video of the problem.
I received a new replacement oven top the following day.

Amazing customer service
SQ professionals have some great products in some amazing colours. I bought the kettle and toaster set in seafoam and everyone remarks about how nice they are. After about a year the kettle wasn't working properly so I contacted SQ. They replied within an hour and after viewing video footage as proof they agreed to send me a replacement in the same days post. Amazing customer service. Polite and helpful throughout and I am delighted with the outcome. I couldn't recommend this company enough. I wish all companies were as good as these.
Poor quality products in my opinion
Having had a set of Epoque Kettle and toaster set purchased for me when I moved house I was initially delighted. Sadly when I moved house my father died and therefore they were sitting in their boxes until recently.
They looked good out of the box, if a little flimsy.
Within a week of use, I found a pool of water on the base of the kettle and across the counter tops which had flowed into the toaster rendering it unusable.
I finally worked out that there was a manufacturing fault with the kettle and the water was coming out of the base by the push down tab that you use to turn the kettle on.
As I knew the appliances had been sitting while I sorted my fathers funeral and estate out I was out of the time allotted to return for a refund. However according the the consumer law that all businesses are required to follow, If I was able to prove this was a manufacturing fault then I would be able to return the products.
This has not been difficult to prove as there are so many reviews across wayfair, amazon, trustpilot, and various other sites that all state that these kettles leak and are of poor quality.
After contacting this company, they simply did not want to know and refused to follow the law, therefore I just want to warn people about purchasing these products. The leaky kettle could have been a fire hazzard, and clearly the company is well aware that this problem exists considering the long list of reviewers who are all complaining about the same issue/s.
Unfortunately since this company feels its above the law - I will now have no choice but to contact trading standards to look into this. These products, in my opinion are a fire hazard.

Great service from these guys bought one of there kettles through Amazon. It failed after 10 moths contacted them and they replaced it no problem at all.
Kettle replaced under warrantee
Had a SQ Professional kettle that was 6 months old. The automatic cut off started tripping when water was walm rather than boiling. I contacted SQ Professional, sent them a picture of the kettle and a copy of the receipt. A new kettle turned up the following day.
My juicer suddenly stopped working…
My juicer suddenly stopped working after 10 months of daily juicing. I called SQ Professional and spoke to a lovely lady, Nabiihah who told me not to worry and to send my juicer to SQ to have it checked. Nabiihah very kindly organized a brand new juicer to be sent to me - it works perfectly.

Flaming Casserole
First use of their MICROWOW ONE-TOUCH !%)) INSULATED MIROWAVEABLE CASSEROLE . After just 3 minutes I noticed a Plastic smell when I checked I saw smoke coming from my SWAN MICROWAVE I immediately turned off my microwave and carefully opened the door , to my shock I saw flames coming from the back of the one-touch casserole I smothered the flames and removed the " ONE -TOUCH" the oven . These are very Dangerous I say this as a ex H.S.E. Site Construction Manager
Can you explain WHY it caught FIRE Surely the WHOLE Microwave Casserole should be MICROWAVE SAFE and all parts antimagnetic as suggested the bowl is to stop any reaction from MICROWAVE FIRE

I have received my replacement kettle today from sq professional courtesy of Nabiihah Kumally’s exceptional customer service explained I’d purchased a faulty kettle from somewhere else and they wouldn’t help me replace or be refunded or even reply to my emails half the time and it was only a week old so thanks to sq professional direct and Nabiihah’s gratefully received help I’m now not out of pocket thanks again Nabiihah 😊
