When I put in my website the data for keywords, etc. does not reflect our current website.

We tried spyfu for our little business, but didn't in comparison to another technology it didn't pickup on the subtleties of our web presence.

Refunded straight away, so no problem there.

This is a great service when it comes to SEO. You are able to see what your competitors are doing and set up a gameplan for creating your own SEO strategy.

I haven't used other companies like this so I can't really say in comparison to others how SpyFu rates, but so far I love the data I have access to!

I am new to SpyFu and very excited about its possibilities. There have been really valuable pieces of information I have gathered from it so far that I'll be using to improve my clients' online marketing. However, I have a lot of small businesses as clients and their competitors are also small. Those small businesses either are not coming up in SpyFu or the information is really inaccurate. For instance, one client's AdWords spend is off by over 1.5K from what they really spend.

WOW! There is a LOT of data here. Some amazing insights into exactly what my competitors are doing and it really helped me get the campaigns up and running quickly, dialing into their best ad copy and keywords. If there is any negatives to the system, it is that is does SOOOO much that it really takes some time to understand it all and be able to digest everything.

The only reason I did not give it 5 Stars is that the system is a little difficult to navigate and understand given all it does. Their support is really good and they do have some good tutorials, but for me, I found it challenging to really know where to start and how to put together a quick plan to get up and running or view things in saved views when I wanted to come back just monitor what was going on. It seemed I had to reconfigure everything each time I came back to the platform.

I love the insight you get with spyfu, to be able to get into your competitors backend and see what they're doing is a great tool, what I wish it also had was tracking keywords up-to-the-minute results, it does Q were tracking but not necessarily up-to-the-minute you have to wait a week for the data to come in.

Even though Spyfu wasn't exactly what I was after, they kept their word on the 30 day money back guarantee. No fuss, no questions.

I've used SpyFu off and on since they started. Just had an opportunity to talk with founders and try out the newest features and was blown away!

The reports would not work and the server continued to lock when I tried to get one url report or three url's to see what my competitors were doing as far as ppc.

SpyFu is a good company. I subscribed with them. However, I was unable to fully comprehend how to use their web portal. So, I unsubscribed the same day. They refunded me within a week without any hassle.

This is by far the best researching software Ive used and Ive used a lot. The interface is very user friendly. Anything you cant find or don't know how to access, there is a video available with detailed steps.

After subscribing to their lowest plan to try it out I was given the option of spending 192 of my 200 credits to run a Recon Report. Now if I want to run any additional reports they want to charge a lot more. So, in a nutshell my first entire monthly expense allowed me to run ONE report...?? No thanks
