Very good service, good communication and detailed explanation of disabling part of the alarm system so the cat does not set the alarm off.

This company is totally inept.
They got my address wrong so I corrected them.
They gave me a date for the engineer but then cancelled it even though he’d called me to confirm it.
Then they gave him the wrong address so he was delayed trying to find me.
However when he arrived the engineer was excellent

Kevin arrived at the appointed time and proceeded to do a thorough service of my system. He also explained an additional security function of the alarm system.
I found Kevin to be very efficient and pleasant throughout the time he was here and he introduced himself when he arrived.
Thank you

I pay an annual fee but at times have had to wait far too long for a fault to be repaired. I was part of Master Alarms a company that you took over and were far more customer focused. Look after your customers better and they will stay loyal even if you might be more expensive.
Loyal customers are your long term profit too.
