I ordered a Nest bed on 1/25,still no product or refund!!!

I also bought 2 nesting beds for my Grandchildren on 3/8/23. On 3/23/23 i received a tiny little package with 2 pair of black sport socks. The return address is

This is total BS !

Scam scam scam. I paid for 3 dogs beds early March 2023. I have had no emails, receipts or anything from this company and have not received the dog beds. Disgusting

Like the other reviews on here I ordered the large dogs bed and received socks.
After many email exchanges with customer service nothing has been resolved.
Avoid avoid avoid

This sight is a scam. Same experience as I see many others have had by receiving socks. Customer service is the absolute joke. Lies upon lies.

Never got goods. They claimed delivery to contact logistic company but no company given and tracking number no use in Australia. Unhelpful at best

SCAM!!! Everything in all of the reviews are true!!! Order a nesting bed & receive socks. Get the run around about production & high demand. Offers a 30% refund then a 50% refund BUT I have to pay to ship the socks back!! What a crock…wanting me to pay for your mistake or scam. I will be calling my bank on Monday.

I also orderded 2 dog nests in February & recieved 2 pairs of sports socks!

The payment went through on my visa card for £34.26 on 8.2.23

Cant find anywhere on their site that deals with customer service or help.

I also now see the many reports of similar experiences. Dreadful scam!
Now going to try through the bank - they can have their socks back !!

Ordered this item the small dog nest bed on the 8/3/23. Very dissatisfied as I received 2 pairs of socks. There seems to be no way to contact them so I will be contacting my credit card people to see if they can help.

Like so many other people, I ordered an X-Large healing nest (giant dog bed) in February and the money was taken 6 days later.
I still have not received my order. I did receive 2 pairs of black trainer socks. However, there was no information regarding the supplier, so I didn’t link the socks and my order until I read this page.
I did not expect a good quality item, but I certainly did not expect to be paying almost £40 for 2 pairs of poor quality socks.

Wish I’d come here first to see reviews as I have been given the runaround like everyone else. Ordered the nestling bed, but received shawl. After contacting by email, was told mistake in warehouse, then told they were waiting for more products, that was on the 6th of March. Still waiting, unfortunately these companies will still get away with it.

Ordered large nest bed, received a small box of socks. Emailed them for replacement which they agreed to but wad going to take another 14 days to send out. Said I''d have a refund then. Offered the socks back but they said they couldn't give a return address for them, ask them if they could arrange pick up, refused. Emails back and forth, now offering 60% refund, which is obviously a ploy as i wont get it. I've now going through credit card company to see if they can get my money back. The bank didn't appear to be surprised at who I was dealing with.

Awful company, they send a completely different item from what you ordered (I got 5 pairs of cheap socks) just so they provide a tracking number for the item, then they tell you that the item you ordered is not in stock and will receive it within 7 working days (its been 3 months now and still getting the same reply) I have asked for a refund every day for the past 2 months which they won't do as they keep telling me to wait another 7 days

This seems to be a scam. I ordered two large dog beds and they seem to have provided a fake "China post" tracking number. Nothing recieved to date and it will probably never arrive. I ahve asked for a refund and will be contacting my banks fraud department. How do these websites not get caught and closed?!

If I could give it no stars I would. Same as everyone else I order 2 for my home and never receive an email or call or nothing. It’s a bad company don’t order from them.

Same thing, ordered large human dog bed and got a small box of socks. Emailed them they said it was an error on their distributions part and they would have the correct item sent. Still waiting and now they aren't answering my emails. How are they still doing business?

They sent me 2 pairs of socks! I ordered an xtra large human dog looking bed.

I ordered bedding for $39.95. They sent two little pairs of nasty socks. They refuse to issue a refund.

No stars, same scam as others. Ordered the nest bed and was mailed a 7oz envelope of socks. They do this so a package is traced and tracked as delivered! I put a dispute in on my credit card not to pay.

Lucky to get even 1 star. Scammers. I ordered 2 human sized dog beds back in January. I’m still waiting and have heard all excuses. They now are ignoring my emails. I want my money back. No luck 😡
