I would give it a felony personally, I could rewrite everything everyone else said what’s the point!

Absolutely horrendous I ordered a dog bed in may and have still not received it. I have sent numerous emails where they keep asking me to wait longer for it. Last week they said to wait one more week and it will be in my country. This week the same email asking me to wait another week. I didn’t ask them to wait a week for payment which was made in May. I would just like my money back but they will not refund. 😡😡😡😡

They scam you. Supposed to give you refund but they do not. They pretend and say that they have refunded you but not true. They are the worst people to deal with. They are stealing people’s money. They send you socks and they say that makes up for you not getting your order. Do not know what planet they come from. I have sent so many e mails that I think I know a Vanessa personally whoever she is. Lying and making excuses. Scammers. Do not buy from them.

This site can pretty much confirm it’s a scam. Please be aware they now changed their page name to ‘Outlet’ (url still the same). Saw a review posted last night titled Scam on the dogbed page, this morning the review message has been removed.

Similar experience as most of the ppl posted below, the good (dogbed) ordered beginning of May2023 and now Aug2023, it’s still not arrived despite multiple follow up, only been ask to wait 15-20 days in each follow up. I also posted a review on their website under that product, monitored for about a week, it doesn’t show up at all, and all of a sudden in a few days time, they managed to wipe up 78 pages of reviews, of course all 5 stars, they probably got lazy and only have written reviews up to half of page 3, each page only have 8 posts. Also interesting find is there are no other reviews for other products they have on their site and only the dogbed has review.

I have been duped too. I ordered clef dog bed got socks. This was advertised on Facebook omg. I thought I could trust in Facebook.

These people are horrible! I too ordered the dog beds but only got cheap socks. When I contacted them they gave me a sob story about “high demand” and told me I could keep the socks as a gift until they could ship my order. Fast forward 5 months with me checking in every few weeks…I still haven’t received my order. I requested they cancel the order and issue my refund (per my order it said I would get a full refund “no questions asked”. They had the audacity to say I could only have a 60% refund and that I would need to send back the socks at my own expense! I had already thrown those cheap socks away and they were supposed to be a “gift” anyway. I told them NO, sent screenshots of the satisfaction guarantee, and demanded a full refund. We will see if the money ever comes back. I am posting negative reviews everywhere I can and all over social media! If anyone ever does a class-action lawsuit against these scammers, I want in!!

Scammers. Ordered large dog bed. Got a pair of socks as a "gift" and a note saying "don't worry your order is on it's way". Obviously no dog bed has ever arrived. I should have come to Trustpilot first. Lesson learned. Can't remember where I first saw their advertisement but please don't fall for this scam like I did.

Logistics state goods delivered, but that is not true. I have emailed twice, but have received no acknowledgement whatsoever!
Starting to believe this company is a scam. Should be banned from advertising on Facebook.

They need to be stopped taking money under false pretences. I ordered a dog bed and got two pairs of tatty socks, who can we complain too and get these scanner closed down

If there were no stars I would have put it!! Same scenario as many here..ordered dog bed, got nothing! Provided a fake tracking number.. and most likely set up a fake customer service email ( have been getting lots of unhelpfully correspondence regarding delivery of package! NOT!!) YES , it was definitely delivered ( they screeshot the tracked delivery ) apparently Aust post left it in my mail box ( an XXL dog bed!) And the delivery contractor took a photo of my mail box where he left it?? ) Australia post has throurouly followed this up only to find no trace of them

This scam needs shutting down, never deliver items or send refunds. I have been chasing a refund for 6 months. Don’t part with any money as this is an absolute scam.

Ordered 2 items totaling $80, got an email stating they were delivered and placed in my mailbox… these boxes should have been at least 2’x2’. Also I have security cameras that priced nothing was delivered! Contacted USPS and they have no record of any delivery. Scam!!!

Bought a comfy bed with pillow and blanket. They told me it was delivered threw my letterbox.
I informed them it wouldn't go threw a letterbox and no one has tried to deliver and there is always someone in. They constantly emailed me back saying I had to contact my post office. Accd to tracking it was sent via Evri. I told them they need to get hold of Evri due to them being the sender but they have refused and offered me a 30% discount on my next order. They owe me over £43 but refuse to do anything about this.

Update. Evri said the item they delivered threw my letterbox was socks, I got those but it was not what I ordered I ordered a bed. The company has now offered me a 60% refund saying they can't loose out on postage etc.. I told them to jog on I paid for a bed not socks.. I don't even wear socks.

Everything you hear about this organization is true. they are horrific and it has to be said how they are allowed to operate is beyond me considering the amount of complaints all about the same situations where they take your money and deliver you nothing is endlessly repeated.

I ordered 2 xl dog beds. They said they had delivered and sent proof of tracking when in fact what they delivered was a cheap pair of sunglasses supposedly by way of apology for the delay. Luckily I have the delivery photo of the very small package. Feels like a scam. Have taken this up with the credit card company

Constant failure to deliver my sleep nest, pile of lies after lies. Constant bot style promises to deliver despite my paying for express delivery. Tried to complain to Leeds Trading Standards about EVRI the lying delivery company too, they dont assist just refer you to CAB Its such a bloody scam. I've given up on capitalism , its for scammers only.

Ripped me off thought I was buying a dog bed and they sent me socks what a joke

Ordered and paid for our order for my Dog Bed and it has never arrived. They've taken my money and they keep saying it has been delivered but it has not. I have asked them 8 times "WHERE was it delivered" and they continually don't answer the question. They keep telling me to go to the post office but WHICH Post Office, I have called all my surrounding ones and nothing. They didn't deliver it to my address as on my order and they wont tell me where it has been delivered to and they wont tell me which shipping company they used. They are scam artists and ripping people off. How can we report them?

Wish I'd looked on Trustpilot first, as I now realise I've been scammed. I ordered a large dog bed on 2nd May and have still not received it. Tried to contact using the email provided by them but it just bounced back. Have contacted ActionFraud in the hope that something can be done about sprintlg and stop anyone else being conned.
