Broken Handbrake Shoe
They solved a problem that had me concerned enough to cancel a trip I had planned. A squealing noise started after driving for awhile and was really noticeable when backing up.
It turned out to be a broken hand brake shoe and I felt the repair was very reasonable.

Awesome Service and Workmanship
I bought a used Sprinter which needed lots of work and dreaded the idea of taking it to the dealership. I looked online and found a sprinter specialized repair center which is located in Redlands and they have other locations. I made an online appointment. I got a diagnostic and the pricing was very fair. I was impressed with the quality of workmanship, updates of pictures and video during the repair process and the honest communication of my van needs. Adibek the shop manager is awesome. I wanted my van ASAP and he did everything possible to make that happen. We are now like family and I’m happy my van have a safe and trusted home.

The absolute best Sprinter mechanic in the IE.
The absolute best Sprinter mechanic in SoCal/IE! These guys are meticulous and very thorough. It was an absolute pleasure to have my vehicle serviced there versus the nightmare I always had at Walter’s. Every question I had was answered in great detail along with good advice on how to best care for my vehicle. The service cost is more than fair and a fraction of the dealer rates. You won’t find a better shop for your vehicle.
