Great Service
This was my first time having our Sprinter serviced at Sprinter Service & Repair Vista. I have always gone to the dealer. I was impressed by the time that Sasha spent explaining the process to me. I could tell that these guys really know their way around the Sprinter. I'll be following their service recommendations going forward. Everyone that I encountered at the shop was friendly and courteous. Sasha even had Maxim, one of the mechanics, ride with us on a test drive to help explain a noise that was coming from the differential. I ended up having to have the differential rebuilt and this was just before we were to depart on a trip. They couldn't promise anything but ended up getting this major repair completed in time for us to be able to enjoy the majority of the trip. 4000 miles since the service and repair and everything is running top notch. Thanks to Sasha, Maxim and the rest of the crew for getting us on the road!

I only use them for our RV needs
I only use them since we got the RV. When I had a much needed alignment, Vlad suggested a suspension upgrade and I mentioned reading about a bigger swaybar. He said start with shocks and you see later. We just had all 4 Falcon installed with bumpstops and 6 new tires. It's awesome. No pressure, all explained, shown. Love these guys

Vlad was super helpful
Vlad was super helpful. Dealer recommended DPF replacement at a cost of $4400. He determined from sensor readings it wasn't clogged and just needed reset. Also diagnosed cause of oil leak another independent shop in Utah said was substantially more expensive. Great experience. Highly recommend!

Best mechanics for my 2011 Sprinter-based RV. Honest, good pricing, and more importantly very competent on the Sprinter (more so than a some dealers I used in the past). I have used them for several years now, and try to scheduled my trips from Nevada to San Diego whenever I need service/repairs.

Happy to know there is a Sprinter…
Happy to know there is a Sprinter repair shop in my town. We were provided a lot of details during the time the van was in the shop. Lots of communication, we never felt like they forgot about us. We were originally quoted one price and it did go up , which is the main reason we are not giving 5 stars. As far as the service, we have yet to drive it , but fingers crossed the issue is resolved.
