Ordered Sunday: delivered Monday
I ordered the spray on a Sunday evening and it was delivered during the next day - Monday. Great speed of service. Pity that EVRI didn't tell me they had delivered the package and just left it on my doorstep and the box was damaged. But with EVRI, that's probably a great service.

Absolutely terrible experience
Absolutely terrible experience. I received a rusty and corroded old tin of varnish instead of what should have been a new product. The company won't agree to pay for the return shipping costs for me to actually return the product even though it's faulty. I've never ever encountered such bad customer service. Why should I have to pay to return an item that is faulty when the company is at fault and they even admitted it. I've now had to raise a dispute through paypal all for an item that cost 13.99, it's so ridiculous that the company are not willing to resolve the issue by paying for the return shipping.

Poor communication/create an account.
The items arrived but communication from the company was non existent. No confirmation of purchase email, no reply to my email asking about my order, no telephone contact number.
They really should do better than this.
…..Out of fairness am adding to this review. I ordered again from this company & this time I created an account. This way you can see the order processing & also track it. My order was delivered very quickly.

It’s hard enough to get this Paint in black or white so to have an option of a colour is great.
It said next day delivery and it did.
Only one concern there was no email confirming the order.
And they didn’t respond back when I emailed them.
But overall fast delivery and good price please could you look at setting up a confirmation email.
