We are most disappointed not to have received the paint we ordered on 28th January 2026. Neither did we receive an acknowledgement of our order, despite payment having been taken.
An attempt to ring Sprayster resulted in an answerphone message. We eventually received a response from the Three Jays Trading Ltd on 14th Feb when we went through PayPal. They confirmed they are chasing our order each day. We are still awaiting the paint on 17th February and it's holding up the refurbishment.
The PayPal case ID number is PP-R-BFX-614785571 and the amount paid is £16.73. We hope this will be resolved soon.

I have used this company several times now and always a great service, quality paint, a great price, excellent customer service and next day delivery. What more can you want.

After posting initial review below, seller made contact to help resolve my problem. Immediately offered full refund, so issue now closed. Grateful to seller for following up and also to Trustpilot for providing the forum to highlight any issues that would otherwise not be addressed.

What a total let down, since my last review in June 2018. Ordered 4 tins of slate grey aerosol paint, amongst other items on the order. The paint was terrible quality, almost colourless and nothing like the colour stated on the tin. Wrote to the company to ask if this was a faulty batch, or some other problem they could help resolve………. Followed it up a fortnight later…….. Total silence. Yes, not a huge value order, but disappointing that the company could not even be bothered to reply. I know that my message landed, or so the messaging system said, so obviously I was just ‘binned off’…… as were the tins of paint - and the company’s details, as I won’t be using them again!

Arrived in time. Well packaged. Good price.

Always receive the exact order, always arrives the following day...perfect! 👌💯 Been a customer for a number of years, so it's a proven track record too!

Arrived ok but when I started to us the spray it was stiff and clogged, when I looked closer the top of the tins were rusty and then I looked at the date on the bottom. 31-03-2022, I have 5 tins that I can only get about a quarter of the product out thus making it very very expensive. I would not recommend at all. They were very reasonably priced. NOW I KNOW WHY,

Sprayster have given me the run around in returning a.product which didn't have all its parts. They lied that parts were coming for months. Disputed a delivered parcel I returned with proof of receipt. They have been trying to wriggle out.of a refund. Spraysters could be changed quite easily to another name - go somewhere else...

bought order from sprayster but the hycote cans were very short of the 300ml they say they can cover from a compressed 150ml can but sprayster did not charge for a repeat delivery charge for more paint excellent.

I ordered some chalk paint and wax, the Evri delivery went to the wrong address. Since then no update on the tracking website or attempt for re-delivery. Customer care have tried to help but after a week I cancelled the order with PayPal.
