Never Use This Site They are Fake after verification when you withdraw they will ask again verification and that time they will sent you some username and ask the relationship with them when they ask with username its not possible to understand who it is i said i dont know them( later when i talked with my friends they identified two username of two friends but i dont know that) they close my account and seized the money and after that i mailed them a lot of time they didn’t replied to me so be careful

This is a scam site , my username is : Salahagoudjil i deposited 97 euro and then i couldn't place any bets and when i tried to withdrawal they banned me from withdrawals and said contact support when i contacted them they said you have multiple accounts which i dont , many people in my city play in the same site and they banned all of them for the same reason because of the same city? We all have different names and my account is fully verified throw id and selfie... they are scammers stay away from this site or they will steal your money

Played on the site for one evening after making 2 small deposits, the next day i receive a rude email prying for information of a personal nature and asking do i have a problem with gambling etc.
This was the start of there email from a employee call Jimmy- "We have noticed changes in your deposit behaviours recently so we would therefore be grateful if you could reflect on the questions below and provide us with your views for us to better understand your experience...." and so on.
I had only deposited twice! Where is the changes? There were my first two deposits! Played for one evening! Absolutely took the fun out of experience.
What after one night? the next night a played for a while up to the point of my account being frozen until i contact there support staff.
What an absolute joke of a gambling site, avoid this one like the plague.
I will try and remove my winning after the team has discussed there problem with me, maybe because I'm winning? i will keep you updated on the theft of my legitimate winning from sportsbet io uk

2 days ago I wrote review about how unfairly the customer team has treated me.
After writing review here this insecure people have disabled my account and refusing to acknowledge their mistake
I have provided them with all the proofs about the conversation i had with this pathetic team,how they acknowledged my mail being updated and my account being verified

Looks like they are shellshocked with their own inefficiency.
Since they can’t come up with any more excuses they have gone cold.

Anyone here can help me out?
I am not looking just for my funds but also for compensation for the mental trauma these imbeciles have put me through.

To the sportsbet team i challenge you to flag this review,once I provide proofs to trust pilot team they will see through it .

17th Jan : had 4200 as balance but as i had played on extreme poker , a bet of 3000$ , it blocked extra 3000$ due to their System Glitch leaving me with blaance of 1200 on Carrabian and i lost opportunity to play 1500 on three of a kind : WIN of 4500 + 750 easy !! BUt i lost 750$ - a total loss of 6000$

Upon chekcing with Sportsbet.io, they say its matter of evolutions who tells that because i am playing multiple tables at a time ( a feature that they have privided ) hence this error is happening and hence i will not be allowed to claim any loss here ., ihave many more incedence like this , but asnwer from sportbet is that they cant do anything till evolution solves this

So far so good! Withdrawals go through instantly , which is most important for most of the users .

Sportsbet.io is totally scam. They have suspended my verified VIP account which I've been using for almost 7-8 months without any reason and didn't allow me to withdraw my funds. Then when I asked them what's going on, they told me to verify myself again with a selfie and ID card however I had already made this before. I've verified myself again and this time they claimed that I have multiple accounts. But this was my only account. Why will I need different accounts if I have one which I can use? I asked them many times why they decided something like this, what are their evidences but after that day they totally ignored my all emails and I get no answer for almost 1 week. Also I was VIP (I am even placing bets for 50000-100000 USDT and I was very big player for them) and I had a VIP manager which I can contact on Telegram but now I've realized that even she blocked me and doesnt answer.

On the other hand, I was affiliate of Sportsbet.io (Their affiliate partnership website is partners.io) and this player account which they have suspended is the payment account of my affiliate partnership. When I am trying to contact to the person who is in charge of affiliates, now even he doesn't answer me for 1 week, I guess also he blocked me. It means also now I wont be able to receive my affiliate payments which I've earned from the players which I've brought to Sportsbet.io. What's the reason? There is no. Just they wanted that.

So be aware of this fraudulent website. They can suspend your account whenever they want (for sure if you're a winner), they seize your all balance illegaly and then they totally block and ignore you from all possible ways.

Edit after their meaningless reply: I haven't breached any terms, also you can't tell me which term I've breached. As I mentioned before, you can close accounts and seize funds of everybody anytime without any evidence, just with referring this stupid rule. This is incredible. Dont trust to this website!

The site refuse to pay your rightfully winning funds . They simply accuse you with some bullshit , like money laundering or using software etc etc. and refuse to pay.Do not play here.Do not trust on them.If you are not somewhat sponsored big lose player they dont pay you.

Hello I am making this second review because this situation is causing me a lot of problems in my family and I am in depresion and very stressful . This is going to ruin my family . I dont know what to do more with this company . I have send all documents needed , I have texted several emails and they are giving no explanation to me. They have confiscated my funds . I have placed normal bets as everyone and they decided sudently to close my account and not send me my funds. I have the right to know where the real problem is and if they dont want me as a customer anymore I just need my money back . Those are the funds of my family and they have not the right to seize them.

Then no messages from support.

Stay far for this betting site you don’t need even to lose your money , they can still it from you , I deposit 1000¥ never deposit my money…. They found my deposit , but they say they can’t progress the deposit because it’s not detect (I deposit though revolut) even when I provide the all receipts from the transaction. Thanks God I deposit only 1000¥ trail deposit.
