Confy and supportive.
I'm very pleased with my Brooks trainers and the service from Sport it First. The shoes are comfortable and I'm hopeful they will help my plantar facilitus. I did have to have a couple of attempts to get the right size as this shoe comes up at least a whole size smaller than my usual...something to bear in mind when ordering.

Don’t recommend using this website at all. They sent a completely different colour blue T-shirt to the one in the picture then when I contacted customer service their response was you ordered blue and that’s what you were sent when I showed them the difference they then said I ordered light blue which I hadn’t, I sent a screenshot of my order and also the description on the website which said vibrant blue they are using a photo of different colour T-shirt to what they are sending (Picture on website The North Face TNF blue and sending federal blue). Customer service completely refused to accept responsibility and stated I’d still have to incur the return fee even though I was sent wrong item. Would never use these again would rather spend couple of extra pounds and go with a reputable company.
