I had incorrectly sent 2 pairs of trainers back to sport it first instead of Sportshoes ( I had multiple returns and used the wrong label) to the cost of £180
I sent sport it first proof of postage and also sent 2 pre paid DPD labels to support a quick return.
To date they have only returned 1 pair of trainers.
I have been liaising with sport it first fir 4-5 weeks now only to be continually fobbed off with ‘ our warehouse has confirmed 2 pairs were returned’ despite me showing proof from DPD that only one pair has been returned.
I have asked sport it first to send me proof of the 2nd pair being delivered and they don’t respond.
(Also the 2nd pre paid label has not been used )
I have asked fir this to be escalated as a formal complaint or to be provided the address of their complaints team only to be ignored.

Ordered a pair of Asics Metaspeed edge, fitted too small/tight despite ordering half size up as I always do, so had to return using the 48 hour Tracked Service. Despite them being received back 3rd April I'm still awaiting refund 2 weeks later, I emailed customer support last week who advised the refund would be made when they were scanned in? Why should it take so long when they are there, other than to hold onto my money..this seems to be a recurring theme going by other reviews. I will be making a call tomorrow as have lost faith in waiting for it to happen.

Received an item where the pictures did not show there was a hole manufactured into the shoe so made it impractical. Contacted customer service who waived the returns fee since the product wasn't as advertised. Sent the shoes back 48 hour tracked with Royal Mail but still no response to receiving the package 15 days later even though I could see that it had been received at their warehouse. Took calling customer service 3 more times to get a refund more than 2 weeks later.

Delivery was pathetic - email advised it was left with neighbour next door - it wasn't - it was delivered to the correct address and left on the doorstep but no-one knocked on the door first.
