Buyer beware!

Buyer beware!! This company boasts of their warranty and their customer return rate, which was, for me a good selling point, along with the promise of better sleep. However when I reached out to customer service regarding my experience, they were very slow to respond often deflecting your experience and coming up with incoherent reasoning regarding purchase date and warranty. I explained how I actually hurt my back on their bed and did not receive a caring response- as I learned further- the reason for their low or non existent return rate is that the couple who owns the ‘so- called’ company actually live in a motorhome- that’s right- they don’t have a physical address- they are nomads who travel the country peddling their beds. So don’t expect to return your investment- they will do everything in their power to keep you from returning their product. There are cheaper options available- my advice- shop around and avoid spoon sleep.
