I wouldn't go anywhere else as customer service is brilliant, if they can help they will and if not they will try to work around it. There products are clean, fresh and well packed for delivery ,its my go to place for live food, and expect will for a long time

Not my first time buying from here, and most definitely won’t be my last! I got two gorgeous Spoodies with the Spoodie Starter Bundles. The original enclosures were out of stock, but I was offered the coffin ones instead — which make a cool set up! The ledges I was sent out were also such a nice touch, they look lush.
Communication was amazing , kept me informed every step of the way.
I couldn’t recommend this company enough.

Great communications, including that my jumpers wouldn’t be posted until Monday (ordered just before the weekend). I wouldn’t want to have live animals in the postal system over the weekend so didn’t expect them to go out so the communication was a nice bonus.
Our spiders arrived safely and well packaged and are now happily exploring the new homes sent with them.

Ordered one spider then decided to get a 2nd they sent them both together didn’t charge me twice for delivery very friendly spiders In amazing condition and love the little houses they sent with them

Absolutely over the moon with my 2 new spoods! Beautiful and healthy spiders, came with amazing quality starter enclosure and accessories. Even included some cute freebies- always fun! And beautifully presented packaging, I always worry about shipping live animals but it's clear every care has been taken to ensure the safety of these little guys. Would recommend :) thankyou!
