I don't like the fact that you charged me an extra $5.00 on my order after i checked out. My total was $31.00 and some change and went to $37.00 and some change. You had already added S&H and taxes. What is the extra $5.00 for??😡

Alternative payment methods
I would have preferred having the option of using either Google or Samsung as payment methods. I feel more secure using those platforms as payment options. My identity has been highjacked before by not being able to use a platform that uses tokenization.

Trying to cancel is difficult
I was a fan of the product and was excited to receive and use, but then when I tried to cancel my account because it is too pricey, it is difficult and their email is not answered in a timely fashion. DO NOT turn on the subscription because it will take forever to get it cancelled if you change your mind. It’s been 5 days and 3 emails still with no response so had to cancel my Credit Card.
