Helps my leg cramps & sleep. I wake up much less to use the washroom,when I do, I go right back off to sleep. They taste good and are very helpful.

Just an FYI-I’m a guy not a woman. I purchased the gummy’s because I couldn’t sleep and found that if I take two I sleep too much - tired and napping the day after. So now I take one gummy and I sleep through the night. Also, I’m on Mounjaro and therefore on GLP-1.

The longer I take these gummies my sleep continues to improve. I think over time these will prove to be very usefull.

The gummies taste good and don’t upset my stomach like magnesium capsules do. The magnesium is definitely helping my sleep. I have almost finished one bag and plan to continue taking them.

I was pleasantly surprised after just one night how much better I slept. I use to wake you a few hours and fight to get back asleep and feel groggy all morning. Now I sleep through the night and and feel refreshed the next morning. I almost feel like I have been drugged. Can I have a another bag?

Straight forward to order only been taking the gummies for a few days so no improvement in my sleep as yet

These work…and I’ve tried everything. The first night I took them, I fell asleep naturally. I woke up twice that night but was immediately able to fall back asleep. Last night, I slept 9 hours straight. I’m no longer afraid to go to bed, knowing that I’ll just lay there awake for hours.

I have been sleeping much better and it happened after 3 or 4 nights after I started the gummies. I had tried other magnesium supplements, melatonin, herbal tea, etc. So far, I'm a believer!
