These little gummies are so tasty! I definitely feel like I’ve been sleeping a bit deeper… lots of stress lately so it’s been good timing. I have two months supply.
So far so good

I was not expecting much from these Magnesium gummies. I have tried other brands of capsules of Magnesium to help with sleep.. but i thought I would try them anyways.. I noticed a difference the first nite.. It says to take them 1 hr before bed, I haven't made it a whole hr. I'm usually asleep within 30 mins.. and I sleep longer and deeper. I will be reordering!!

They do help me get to sleep, only get 5-6 hours and they are very pricey!

I noticed a calm the first night. My brain usually races when I try to sleep and it is much easier to relax and fall asleep. I have not been waking up two to three times a night and I definitely am getting much better sleep.

I sleep like a bear and l love the flavour. Great texture. I have recommended it to my friends. My daughter got diarrhea but not me. Strange.

I was skeptical at first but I now have NO doubt of the impact of these magnesium gummies on my physical being and on my sleep. Each has improved. No more night cramps or waking mid- night. I am getting much better sleep.

I love these. I sleep so good. I tell people about them. I get up to go the bathroom, but I go right back to sleep.I will be taking them for the rest of my life. What can I say?

I’m definitely sleeping more deeply and longer and go straight over again if I have a bathroom break. Nothing ever works for me as I am a lifelong insomniac even prescription sleeping pills stopped working after a few weeks so I’m very pleasantly impressed by these magnesium gummies, time will tell if they continue to work for me long term but I’m very pleased just atm as it’s been over a month and I can usually tell by this stage if sleep remedies are any good

Have only been using for a week so can't really give a,full report but so far..Good...

My 1st order came within a week of ordering.
I have been taking them now for about a month.
The 1st few nights of taking them, I found I had acid reflux when I lay down.
So I only took one and changed the time of taking them.
I found that better. Then after a few weeks I increased it to the 2.
Since then I have found that I have slept better.
The pain hasn’t subsided much and the brain fog is still a bit of a problem.
I was taking a different type of magnesium supplement before and found that they worked fairly well.
So when I seen these that were specific for my condition, I wanted to try them.
I have just received another 3 months worth so I will see how they go.
As I know not every thing will work immediately and you have to give things a chance to work.

They don't seem to make much difference to my sleep, because I have a lot of trouble sleeping anyway. It's really hard to tell. I think it might help somewhat.

Both my husband and I are sleeping better.

I got to sleep through the 3am wake up! It’s such a relief that I actually sleep for 5 hours with a toilet break. I’m only on it for 2 weeks now so hopefully it stays good.

Read the articals and reviews, as I was looking for a good BisMg.

I’m a male. Not a woman. I’m sleeping longer than before where I was waking up every night at 2:30-3:30 am. I’m taking the gummies less than a week, so I hope these gummies are the reason for the good news. I will continue to take the medication if the good news continues.

Love the flavor easy on the stomach,I am just beginning to experience better sleep it's only been 2 weeks since I started taking it ,less leg cramping so I am very pleased
