Poor communication
Poor communication! My order wasn’t in stock but had to find this out from a sister company. I had to chase my refund rather than them contacting me. When I complained, I was offered a selection of free samples for other Splashbacks. I emailed my order of samples and had no response. Very poor communication and customer service. Also items listed on the website as in stock clearly were not and are still listed as available when products are known to be discontinued. Do not part with your money until calling to double check availability.
