Excellent customer service
I left it late to order our splashback, despite reminders from our builders. I placed the order, explained my situation via email, and received a response from Chris promising delivery within 48 hours. To my absolute amazement the splashback arrived within 24 hours. That is brilliant customer service and definitely a 5 star rating.

Ordered rose gold & copper samples
Ordered rose gold & copper samples - service excellent & they both arrived within a couple of days. The rose gold is lovely & would rate it 5* along with service but unfortunately not the right shade for what I’m after. The copper is actually orange & totally see through which makes me wonder what happens when you glue it to the wall as I think you will be able to see everything behind - awful & worthy of only 1* I’m afraid.

Not the same colour as Mr Jones Dove Grey
It is sold as Mr Jones Dove Grey. We bought it to match the floor tiles we have in this colour but the only resemblance to them is the pattern. It's a very metallic, shiny, almost gold colour. Only reason I'm not returning is because of the large return postage.

Another company that when selling you the product they reply quick and efficiently, however once the order is placed and they have your cash, they dont reply and the promise date of delivery is not fulfilled, I regret this now and for sure will never go back..be aware!!
