Splash Acrylic Reviews 

BEWARE! I ordered a splashback mid July and have heard nothing since. No response to emails, website messages or phone calls.

I also ordered some splashbacks and a piece of glass, back at the beginning of July. After 3 weeks I phoned them and was told they had smashed the glass by mistake and it would be another 2 weeks.
I rang them today but the phone went dead.
Now that I see other peoples reviews, its obvious that they have gone into liquidation.
So basically I was lied to. What a bunch of lier's
Everyone owed money for undelivered goods should try and get it back from their credit card company.

Managed to get through to a sister company and have spoken to the Liquidator. The company has gone into administration following an issue with a large job. The liquidator advised that customers will be receiving letters in the next few days advising steps to get a full refund, which is good news.

Placed order early July and still not heard anything about delivery despite numerous emails and repeatedly trying in vain to contact them by phone. Lousy customer service!

Also waiting delivery which was due this week (w/c 5/8). All seemed fine when I spoke to them we 2/8, but no longer answering phone/email. They did tell me that they were having a new website, sunlightdeco.co.uk but no answer from there either.

I too am awaiting a reorder following a series of cockups by this outfit.
Their sister company Sunlight Plastics is also not answering their phones.
What a shambles!!

Also placed an order and still waiting for some of it! No one answering the phones and no website now - think they’ve gone out of business!

Have they ceased trading?

Ordered samples and placed order early July but now no one answering phone or emails? Are you still in business??

Wonderful, really helpful service. I sent an image taken on my smart phone which the company turned into an amazing kitchen splashback. The finish exceeded my expectations and it arrived with detailed instructions for fixing kit. Would highly recommend this company.

Great Perspex bathroom panels. Arrived with no issues though took a bit longer than expected. I am in the north of Scotland so not too bad considering. Thinking of ordering more products.

Everyone at Splash Acrylic worked wonders and supplied me with bang on accurate and stunning marble splash back acrylics. Was a bespoke project and it all came together perfectly, Steve and Rob were ace on the communication front and design work came out a treat. Will definitely be using again. Thanks again, guys.

Ordered the Ultra Gloss scratch resistant Eau De Nil shower panels for our bathroom as I didn't really want to have a someone come in and do the tiling. The panels aren't cheap and I was a bit worried about doing it wrong, so followed the instructions carefully. It all went really well andlooks amazing. It has the exact effect I wanted in my bathroom. Highly recommend these if you want to fit things yourself!

Poor product, mine is peeling away after less than 12 months, save your money and buy a better quality product. I really don't see how their product can be of any good.

Not the best quality and both custom made panels arrived cracked.
Once the back layer is scratched the panels are useless..
Not impressed as we had to source local and not use the custom ones we ordered for the job

Having just completed a major refurb on a 100 year-old house, I wanted a mix of old and modern in my house. Visited the Splash Acrylic site and chose them based on previous satisfied customer reviews. Very simple process from choosing acrylic type/colour and they made the upload of my pattern for splashback very straight-forward. I was very surprised to receive delivery from Ian, who I understand owns the business, on a Sunday, who was very helpful and give me a few other ideas for around the house.

Highly recommended with amazing service.

Really poor customer service. I accept the delivery policy (10 - 15 working days) but it arrived after 19. I ordered 3 acrylic bathroom panels and all are damaged - scratches, air bubbles. I would not recommend buying from this company.

A very poor experience so far.

I placed an order on 3rd April, and it was noticeable that Splash Acrylic responded very swiftly to calls and emails when taking the order. Since then, however, there has been no communication: no order number, no invoice or receipt, no confirmation of production. These are things which all companies send out automatically - why not this company?

I notice that the charge to my credit card is not in the name of Splash Acrylic, but a trading name which does not appear on their website. Why is this?

Now that the contractual 14 working day lead time for delivery is approaching, I sent an email to request delivery date but received no reply. A subsequent phone call (by me to them) gleaned the information that the order has not yet been produced.

There are a lot of extremely basic legal and service issues here which need to be resolved.

I have been dealing with Robin from Splash Acrylic for a few weeks now concerning some custom printed acrylic shower panels to match an existing bathroom tile I have.

I have been very impressed with the service I’ve received so far. They have been extremely patient and accommodating with printing countless samples of my artwork to help me match it to the original tile I sent them. The samples they’ve sent are high quality and I expect the final shower panels will be just as good.

I would not hesitate recommending them and I would certainly use them again.
