Ordered on bank holiday Monday and spices were hand delivered on Tuesday morning. Top service, top spices,

Ordered 3rd July. I have sent 2 follow up emails. I have had no reply to them. I will be starting a bank charge back tomorrow. Won't bother again. Love Al's Kitchen, Im suprised he still supports this slap dash company.
Nigel has been in touch and the spices have now been delivered.

High quality spices from Spicy Joes. The tikka spice blend from the Als Kitchen range is epic. Also purchased the base gravy blend. Looking forward to trying it. It helps cut out all the cutting, chopping and boiling I would usually do when making base gravy. Looking forward to trying other blends in the Als kitchen range.

Can't thank Nigel enough I was asked by 2 family members cook currys for a party and a football presentation so needed my spices asap I sent a msg ordered and he has despatched them straight away so again thankyou so much! :)

After an initial problem with their order system, they promptly sorted it out.
They then quickly dispatched my order, adding a little extra in the way of an apology for the initial delay.
They are people who can be trusted and care about getting things right.
The products received look fantastic, and I can't wait to try them.

Ordered 2 als kitchen bassar mix. No sign 2 weeks later. I contacted them and they despatched eventually. Slow service and never arrived on time for our family Curry night. Als kitchen great. Spicy joes not good

Ordered some Al's Kitchen spice blends. The original order went missing, but after making contact Nige called me and apologised made things right with some free extras.

I have found spicy Joes to be of the best quality and service. I have purchased a few times from the site and have never been disappointed with their products. Service and communication are excellent.

I finally got my order after 4 message requesting information about my shipment and having to threaten to charge back. In the last message, they insisted it had been sent, despite tracking saying it was awaiting them giving it to the shipment company. The product quality is fine, but you may have to be persistent in order to actually get the products you pay for. Do not expect delivery in under a month's time.

Love these spices this is my 3rd order service was very quick this time so very pleased try the tikka blend you will not be disappointed great on the BQ as well in the air fry.

Ordered on 19th March not received my order and had no response from three emails so far , very disappointed as have ordered loads of times in the past with no prob, will be contacting my bank to intervene and very unlikely to order again
UPDATE ON REVIEW , after a few messages got a call back from a very apologetic Nigel, was a mix up on his side , sent out same day and received today with a couple of freebies, as said have used before and never had an issue ...all good now thanks spicey joe!!

Ordered 13 items on February 12th.
8 weeks later zilch.
Despite 4 or 5 phone calls and a couple of text messages.

Got home last night and, guess what, a parcel from Spicy Joes! My order is complete plus two bonus items - a Balti Mix and a Pakora Mix. Thank you Spicy Joes!
This was my second order from SJ - the first took 6 weeks to arrive and normally I wouldn't have used them again, except that the spice blends were the best I'd ever tasted. My dinner guests were blown away by my curries.

So I now have six new blends to try (with Al's Kitchen videos to match) and may in future post to report progress.

Still puzzled why it took so long - if items were out of stock, why not send them later or give a credit for future orders?

Wow, amazing service. Placed my order at 11am hand delivered at 1:30 same day. Big fan of Als kitchen and Spicy Joes stocks everything you will need for all of his recipes. Brilliant
