They delivered my order to the wrong address. An order in the amount of $700 and an irreplaceable item and they handed it to some random lady in an alley. They don't even have a customer support number or email. Just an ai chatbot that doesn't do shit. Screw them.

I live in a downtown high rise building & this delivery company constantly leaves the packages unsecured on the front porch! Several of my neighbors have experienced the same issue with this company. This is unacceptable! Anybody could just grab the package off the porch!

Update Number 3 June 11th -One package of 2 delivered on June3rd however the most needed one still sitting in limbo . Truly unbelievable and its so bad you can't make this up!! 30 days to go 5 hours and still not delivered !
Update ..It is now May 30th and still have not received my item... It has not moved in 16 days .
Needed an Oder by yesterday May 18th . It left a week ago from New Jersey less than 5 hours away. The order has not moved in 4 days. I had to go to an alternative plan on Sunday night as I ordered a similar product on Amazon and it arrived in 12 hours
speedx had no customer service number Just an AI bot that is useless . It said it will transfer me to a live agent but then came back and said no one is available. What a surprise !!! speedx will not be in business much longer and any business that uses them won’t be either because of them

I want to give them zero Stars I had Irreplaceable items and a package that has not moved in 11 days I kept reaching out I finally got a hold of somebody who just dismissed it immediately saying it was lost how do you just lose packages like this it needs to be somewhere it's Irreplaceable nobody cared.

May 2nd my packages have been at the garfield heights location. It is now May 18 2026 and they cant find my packages in their system. Hmmm. This isnt the first time my packages have been "lost". Maybe time to give the attorney general and a lawsuit attorney for so many missing packages that are always conveniently missing. The worst.

They are known for issues with drivers stealing packages. Today a woman delivered 6 packages to our door step, it was supposed to be seven. She took a a clear photo of the labels of each package she delivered and a very blurry photo with no legible numbers for the one she stole. we were home and got them right away. Now it says delivered and as proof she used a photo of our house with 6 packges in front of it. No way to reach SpeedX. We have a footage of the driver, we have her face and will be filing a police report. Who knows if we ever will be reimbursed, they absolutely don't care.

Terrible terrible company. Why do retailers even trust them to deliver packages. I’ve reached out to their support countless times. The tracking doesn’t even make sense and at this point it seems like the driver probably stole my package. Very unsatisfied and I’m hoping they could at least reach out here to fix this. I’ve been waiting on this package for days.

Usually when I see a company uses speedx I dont shop with that company. And today was no different I quit my subscription with ryze coffee because they use speedx. And sure enough is shitty speedx fashion my delivery driver put one package down snapped the photo the put 2nd package down snapped the picture I seen him through the window as I was sitting there watching a movie. Then I seen him pick up the 2nd package and take off. I came out and yelled what about the package you stole. He took off and I shouted ill just report you. And he doubled back and returned the package.

hire better delivery drivers that aren’t brain dead.i put the address just for them to say there’s no access to the address.there’s access,the person just obviously chose not to do their job & has now delayed my tools from arriving.

Order being handled by the Bankstown depot in Sydney. Item is a critical package that I need ASAP, and after being delayed already for no apparent reason, delivery was marked as failed due to “building closed” which is impossible since I live in a house, and my camera showed no activity at all that day. This is terrible, and the support bot never has access to a live agent, and can’t update instructions for delivery, and never got back to me via email. If this isn’t resolved and my package safely delivered to a safe place at my address by end of day today, I will certainly be communicating with my supplier to ensure they never use this service again.

I ordered a package from SHEIN, my package says it was delivered on May 14, 2026 at 12:37pm. My package was no where to be seen on my door step. The delivery driver took a picture of the package in his hand, and a picture of my door. Very unusual when usually you are supposed to take a picture of the package at the door. This delivery driver stole my package instead of delivering it.

My package has been sitting in New Jersey since yesterday and the delivery date on the website says it’s suppose to be delivered today. I took a screenshot as proof in case it “suddenly changes” for my own records. I need my package today because it contains a dress for a big event but it’s still showing up as being several states away with no recent updates. This makes no sense and there’s no customer service contact number. If my package isn’t delivered today then I’ll have nothing to wear. This is unreliable and a let down for the customers and businesses that trust this delivery service.

Extremely sloppy, it took my package an week just to arrive to my country, and now its been out for delivery for 11 hours. This is ridiculous, how could you not be consistent with your updates either? Disgusting business practices, I want my package by tonight.

I truly don't know how this company is in business. I have been waiting for a package that came from a business overseas and it got through customs with no problems whatsoever. As soon as it got to speedx, in a location fairly close to where I live, it has been stuck for 9 days with no updates at all. I made attempts to reach out to customer service, but it was a complete joke. You can only talk to an AI chatbot who keeps asking to confirm your address. Beyond that, it says to wait while it contacts someone who can help. That help never comes. Nor does the bot even provide an explanation for that. I was left waiting until I finally asked for the status of the supposed help 20 minutes later and the bot told me there was nobody available, so I should leave my email address and someone will contact me. As you can probably guess by now, that never happened. I finally reached out to the business my package came from itself and they are shipping my items again. Hopefully they don't have to go through SpeedX again. It's unfortunate because it will probably stop me from purchasing from this business again through no fault of their own and I really enjoy their products. After my own experience and reading other people's similar experiences, I truly have no idea how SpeedX be a legitimate company.
June 8th - The plot thickens. SpeedX finally confirmed that the package was lost. I had the company send it again. Once again, it has been stuck in a SpeedX location in New Jersey for a week! I originally ordered this in April and apparently I need to just cut my losses and not order from this company again until they stop using SpeedX as their shipping partner.
