Parcel has been out for delivery for 2 days now, and I am unable to get in contact with anyone from the company to know where it is at, who is it with and when it'll be delievered. All replies I can get from the AI Chatbot are automated and just tells me the parcel is out for delivery - but when will I get it? who knows?
Highly recommend you avoid this company as I paid for fast shipping and this is not fast at all.

Horrible, my package was reported undeliverable but I just got my fashionnova package delivered from FedEx a few days before my SHEIN order was supposed to come. They had rescheduled a redelivery but the attempt was never made. SpeedX chat bot is no help and I’m going on vacation soon. I NEED HELP

Speedx isn’t just a bad courier service and a joke courier service — it’s a full‑blown disaster wearing a uniform. Calling them “unreliable” is generous. These people couldn’t deliver a sandwich across the street without losing it, denting it, or launching it into a neighbor’s bushes.
Their “customer service” is a joke so unfunny it should be illegal. You’re forced to talk to a bargain‑bin bot that repeats the same brain‑dead line like it’s stuck in a loop. No human. No escalation. No accountability. Just a digital brick wall pretending to be helpful.
They’ve screwed up four of your packages — FOUR — which at this point feels less like incompetence and more like a hobby. Their delivery drivers seem to operate on a philosophy of “close enough,” dropping packages wherever their feet get tired. Doorstep? Porch? Wrong house? Middle of the street? Who knows. Who cares. Certainly not them. They give miss calls to have you grant access to the gate. Seriously???
And the ads? The ones bragging about being “fast” and “reliable”? Absolute comedy. Pure fiction. Straight‑up fantasy world nonsense. They should win an award for Most Delusional Marketing of the Year.
If you actually want your package to arrive in the same dimension you live in, avoid Speedx like it’s radioactive.

I placed a $100 order from the tik tok shop and the delivery driver stole my package lied and said it was delivered and handed to customer liesss i was home all day no one ever came i have a camera in my front yard the video shows nothing was ever delivered at the date and time that it showed as delivered it’s been two days i reached out and i keep getting tickets

Parcel has been stuck for over 2 weeks, customer service is horrible I can't contact anyone but their AI chatbot as they dont respond to emails. This parcel is expensive. Absolutely horrible experience

I have had a package sitting in a facility for over a week now. I have been messaging the service bot many times daily and receiving notice that someone would reach out via email. However, I have not heard from anyone. Beyond frustrating.

I got a vague email saying they lost my package, no explanation, no investigation. Just please contact your shipper, but no other action is being done by SpeedX. Who is leaving me out, high and dry without my package.
The tracking has not updated and it still shows it's in their warehouse in SpeedX's possession. So what's really going on here? Was it stolen or is it just sitting around and nobody cares? (Since this is an expensive package, I have a feeling that it was more than just "misplaced".) How can SpeedX do this to people and just disappear their paid for property with a half assed written email?
Most recent update: Received another email. They cannot locate my package anywhere in their network. So what happened to it? No one knows and they won't tell. Why am I not surprised? I think we all know what really happened here. This company doesn't care about their customers and their packages. It's basically a free for all with no accountability on their own workers/drivers.

I cannot get a hold of anyone regarding the person who keeps delivering my packages, I do not want my packages delivered my speed x anymore. The delivery driver keeps throwing my packages at my door or porch. I have plenty of video with her doing so. Speed c has the worst customer service. I have to wait everyday in hope to catch the driver so I can ask her to stop throwing my packages! I’ve already emailed about the problem and still no response, I’m tired of emailing I want a phone call! I no longer feel comfortable ordering anything knowing she’s more than likely going to be the one to deliver my packages again!

We contacted your non-human customer service by a chat line. Told IT that our mailbox has been run over. Was assigned case #248059 and was told would hear back through email. Silence. The tracking number is SPXORD130300010067 It was an item coming from Charles Tyrwhitt Shirts, Ltd.
We have a video of the event. We have contacted police. Perhaps you'll give consequence to the driver and reimburse the cost of the mailbox.

HOW is SpeedX still operating as a company? Do they ever actually deliver a package? I've had to file for a refund, not because my package is lost but because it just sits endlessly in the SpeedX facility a couple of miles from my house. Every day or two there's a new entry on the tracking history that says the package is "Processing." Every day they push the "Expected Delivery Date" to tomorrow, and when tomorrow comes, they push it to the next day. On and on. It is impossible to reach human customer service of any kind and their customer service chatbot is utterly useless.
I stumbled into SpeedX by accident based on a first order ever with AliExpress. And after researching SpeedX a bit, I can now see that others have been having the same experience as mine FOR YEARS. It should be illegal for SpeedX to continue operating at this point.
I will never order from AliExpress again--it's a one and done because of SpeedX, which I believe AliExpress uses regularly. No thank you, you've wasted my time enough.
UPDATE 5/22: Thank you Trustpilot! My reviews posted here finally got the attention of SpeedX and AliExpress and my package was delivered yesterday.

Horrible delivery service! They hire subcontractors to deliver their packages and definitely no consideration for what consumers purchase. Twice in last 2 weeks I caught them on camera just throwing my packages and my purchases being damaged. Obviously no way to contact anyone from company. Still searching for some kind of email to send the videos to. I did contact seller and posted videos there. I’m sure I’m not the only one. Unprofessional companies/employees/sub contractors need to start being accountable for damages.

I am a customer of Shein and I am VERY frustrated with this delivery company and the lack of customer service. My current experience with this company goes against everything their website states as their values. And I really need somebody to resolve this issue as I have two packages totaling $200+ that are not being delivered to me because of some sort of error on their end, an error no one can seem to explain to me or seems to care in the least bit about resolving.
I have 2 packages that have been at the local Birmingham, AL facility for about 2 weeks. The status on the tracking update says they cannot be delivered because of “an incorrect address”. This is factually FALSE. I have confirmed with the incompetent chat bot that the address is absolutely correct. On top of that, I have documentation that SpeedX has absolutely delivered to my address in 2025, the same exact address they have on file for the 2 packages of mine that the local facility continues to sit on.
I have used the chat feature 4 different times, opening up 3 different tickets that the bot said would be escalated to a live person who would then reach out shortly. I did receive an email from someone a few days later saying they were sending it to the local facility operators. However, I continue to not hear a thing from anyone and the status of my packages still says incorrect address and it has been over a week since receiving that email.
The reviews for this company online are appalling, and I am starting to understand why. I did not have a bad experience with the last 2 deliveries that came from SpeedX to my house in 2025 so I am just not understanding why this is happening, why I cannot get any explanation from anyone, and why no one seems to care to provide satisfactory customer service.
I’m really not asking for a whole lot. My packages are now past the delivery date, requiring the company I purchased from to give me a credit (I'm sure they don't love that). I'm even willing to drive 30 minutes to the local warehouse and pick it up but I cannot even get in contact with a single person to be able to arrange this. This experience has left me so frustrated that I will always make sure any company I order from does not ship with SpeedX going forward. THE WORST!

They delivered my order to the wrong address. An order in the amount of $700 and an irreplaceable item and they handed it to some random lady in an alley. They don't even have a customer support number or email. Just an ai chatbot that doesn't do shit. Screw them.

I live in a downtown high rise building & this delivery company constantly leaves the packages unsecured on the front porch! Several of my neighbors have experienced the same issue with this company. This is unacceptable! Anybody could just grab the package off the porch!

Update Number 3 June 11th -One package of 2 delivered on June3rd however the most needed one still sitting in limbo . Truly unbelievable and its so bad you can't make this up!! 30 days to go 5 hours and still not delivered !
Update ..It is now May 30th and still have not received my item... It has not moved in 16 days .
Needed an Oder by yesterday May 18th . It left a week ago from New Jersey less than 5 hours away. The order has not moved in 4 days. I had to go to an alternative plan on Sunday night as I ordered a similar product on Amazon and it arrived in 12 hours
speedx had no customer service number Just an AI bot that is useless . It said it will transfer me to a live agent but then came back and said no one is available. What a surprise !!! speedx will not be in business much longer and any business that uses them won’t be either because of them
