Trash company

Trash company, it says “severe weather” when it is sunny outside, what a trash service!

Not delivered = 0 stars.

I wish I could give zero stars since my package has never arrived. Tracking says out for delivery, then back processing at facility. That cycle has repeated three times and still no delivery.

This is the second time this company has done this exact same thing with a package: out for delivery, processing at facility…then I never receive it.

No response from their chat bot of course.

SpeedX is the worst!

DO NOT USE SPEEDX

I HAVE NEVER HAD THIS MANY PROBLEMS WITH A SHIPPING COMPANY MORE THAN SPEEDX

I am genuinely amazed that a company can fail this consistently.

My package spent over a week going between:
“Out for delivery.”
“Delayed.”
“Attempted delivery.”
“No access.”
“Invalid address.”

Pick a story and stick with it.

How is my address simultaneously invalid, inaccessible, and out for delivery?

It’s a normal private house.

I don't have a gate, code, or security. It's as simple as just leaving it on my doorstep.

UPS delivers here.
FedEx delivers here.
USPS delivers here.
Amazon delivers here.

But apparently SpeedX drivers arrive at my street and become too lazy to find my house.

Then came the best part.

The package was marked:
“DELIVERED.”

There was a proof-of-delivery photo.

Except there was no package.

So I checked my Ring camera footage.

The driver walked up.
Put the package down.
Took the picture.
Picked the package back up.
Walked back to the truck.

That’s not a delivery.

That’s straight theft.

The craziest part is that the company already had evidence proving the package existed at my door.

The only problem was their driver immediately left with it.

Then I made the mistake of contacting customer support.

There is no phone number.
There is no actual help.
There is only a chatbot that appears only say three phrases:

“We understand your frustration”
“Please allow additional time.”
“Your package shows as delivered.”

I DON’T NEED ADDITIONAL TIME.
I NEED THE PACKAGE YOUR DRIVER LEFT WITH.

After wasting hours dealing with the chatbot, I submitted a ticket.

Resolved.

No response.

And somehow when packages actually make it to customers, they arrive looking like they were delivered by being thrown from a moving vehicle.

Crushed corners.
Ripped tape.
Damaged contents.

So let me summarize the SpeedX experience:

* Fake delivery attempts.
* Fake “no access” notices.
* Fake “invalid address” notices.
* A driver who marks packages delivered and leaves with them.
* A useless chatbot pretending to be customer service.
* Tickets closed without action.
* Damaged packages when they actually arrive.

Then the company wonders why people leave one-star reviews.

Terrible Customer Service Support

I have been trying to get in contact with anyone at the company since Wednesday of this week and submitted a support ticket for them to follow up via email at a later time when someone is available. I am never connected with an agent, no one has followed up and they claim to not be in possession of any of my packages. A terrible shipping service that has no care for customer satisfaction or concerns.

SpeedX Sucks

SpeedX delivered my parcel to the wrong address. Their online support virtual assistant is just a repeat cycle bullshit because it seems they don't have a live agent. AI tech is fake as a pretentious person. It seems the delivery workers can't see and or read shipping labels.

I had a package that was supposed to be…

I had a package that was supposed to be out for delivery. The next update said it was under review and that was 10 days ago. I have repeatedly tried to contact them and get the same exact message that they are looking into it. I cannot get anyone to respond. I've gone back to the original company I bought from but they are making me wait 10 days as well. I think it's ridiculous that there is no one to talk with and you can't even get an answer after 10 days.

Unreliable. Dishonest. Terrible to work with!!

Totally ridiculous!! Ordered a waist trainer from the Tik Tok shop and was supposed to go to The UPS Store right down the street from me. Apparently these morons “delivered” my package ON MEMORIAL DAY. A HOLIDAY. Then for the past THREE days, they keep on telling me that it’s undeliverable when it’s A POST OFFICE!!!! They tried delivering it AFTER THE TIME THEY CLOSE TOO!! I kept getting updates that it was 8:00 in the morning in Holland and NEVER got delivered when you HAVE THE WHOLE DAY FOR ONE SINGLE PACKAGE. These “people” are SO unreliable and I will REFUSE to order from anything that they’re apart of. These people are absolute morons!!

My package wasn’t delivered. The status says “Please contact my local carrier to retrieve my package.” No info regarding who my local carrier is and how do I contact them. 3 failed deliveries despite correct contact information, no signature required and home on delivery days. No phone number or email for support. Chatbot on website doesn’t work.

This is the most awful delivery…

This is the most awful delivery service... they do not deserve the name service.. they throw packages, fragile or not, from my street up my slightly sloped drivway. NO ONE CARES! How do they stay relavent in todays services. Wake up businesses that use them. I may stop ordering from you because of them

BAD SERVICE

UPDATE: THEY RETURNED MY ORDER TO SENDER! Shein sent me a refund. That was how Speedex fixed the issue. Now I have another order coming and Shein won't switch carriers. BAD SERVICE.

Speedex has delivered to my apartment before, however, this time they state the address is invalid. I keep sending messages on the chatbox but no one ever contacts me back. I am sooo frustrated and angry right now. I have no idea what to do next. Shame on Dpeedex

WHAT HAPPENED — ON CAMERA:
On May 15, 2026, a SpeedX driver arrived at my San Francisco address (tracking: SPXSFO097200023802), never buzzed the gate, shook my $719 Qrue Skincare package to test its contents, walked it to his car, and drove away. No delivery attempt whatsoever. He submitted three "proof of delivery" photos — GPS coordinates in every image confirm they were taken from the street outside. He never reached my apartment door. SpeedX's own technology documented his fraud.

9 BUSINESS DAYS OF SILENCE: No phone. No email. An AI chatbot restarting every session, unable to link my tracking to my email. Ticket #278139. Not a technology failure — a deliberate policy of hostility toward their own customers.
WHERE THIS STANDS:
✅ Police report filed — SFPD active investigation
✅ FTC complaint — reportfraud.ftc.gov
✅ BBB complaint — full evidence submitted
✅ California and New York AG complaints filed
✅ ABC7, NBC Bay Area, KQED investigative teams contacted
✅ Small claims court filing prepared — ready to submit immediately

THE SELLER — COMPLETE SEQUENCE:
Step 1: Reported missing package. Because I had insurance, seller confirmed replacement prepared — before I showed any evidence.
Step 2: I provided police report number and crime footage. Explicitly asked them to switch carriers.
Step 3: Same response after seeing both: "SpeedX is the only available carrier for your area." My address is San Francisco — served by USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, and Bay Area regional couriers. False. SpeedX is cheapest, not only. Same excuse before and after the crime video.
Step 4: Replacement not yet arrived. Being shipped through SpeedX. I wonder if their driver will decide it is worth taking too — the seller's name is on every box.
Most people have no insurance. Most victims absorb the loss in silence. You do not have to.
TO SPEEDX — DIRECTED AT YOU:
Pursuing a replacement through insurance does not mean I am dropping my case. Two separate matters. Pursued simultaneously.
SpeedX remains fully responsible for:
• Theft — documented on camera, confirmed by GPS
• The fraudulent delivery record their driver submitted
• 9 days of deliberate non-resolution through a system designed to exhaust victims
• Every harm caused by their driver's conduct and their accountability avoidance
Insurance does not erase criminal conduct. Does not close a police report. Does not cancel small claims. Does not constitute accountability.
I have issued a formal demand requiring a named human representative with actual authority to contact me within 2 business days — identify themselves, investigate, and respond to every demand including driver accountability and payment of $719.00. If the deadline passes, small claims files immediately. No further warning.
THE BIGGER PICTURE:
SpeedX CEO Chris Zheng announced a $1 billion supply chain expansion. In 2025, SpeedX leased 165,000 sq ft in New Jersey — building the pipeline behind Temu, Shein, and TikTok Shop. Resources to fix this exist. The choice not to is deliberate. More packages. Same broken system.
Avoiding individual sellers will not stop them. Regulatory enforcement and small claims filings will.

⚠️ INSTAGRAM, FACEBOOK, TIKTOK SHOPPERS: The retailer chose your carrier before you clicked. If SpeedX appears on your tracking — document everything now.
YOUR CLAIM IS WORTH MORE THAN THE PRODUCT:

In California, fraudulent conduct — like GPS-falsified delivery photos — gives courts discretion to beyond award the product price. A $35 stolen order is not a $35 claim. Worst shipping service ever

Worst shipping service ever, the delivery worker dropped off my package at the wrong apartment number and my package was stolen. The customer service is not a human, only an AI. I used the website chatbot for help and was told someone would reach out but they never did.

Extremely disappointed with the…

Extremely disappointed with the delivery service from SpeedX. Despite multiple updates claiming delivery attempts were made, no one ever came to my address. I have been home since Thursday, my house is easy to access, and there are no gate or entrance restrictions since it is not an apartment complex.

My phone number was also provided, yet I never received a single call or notification regarding the delivery attempt. The tracking updates feel inaccurate and very frustrating, especially because I have an important graduation event coming up and still do not have my package.

Customer service has not provided a clear resolution or pickup location yet. Deliveries to Tehaleh should not be this difficult. I hope SpeedX improves its communication and reliability because this experience has been extremely stressful and disappointing.

SCAM SCAM SCAM

SCAM SCAM SCAM. This company does not delivery anything. There is no phone number. There is no customer service. Speedx will say they attempted to delivery your package but they will leave no note, no information, nothing. And you can sit home all day for 5 days and wait, with your dogs, and no one will attempt to delivery a thing but they will continuously say they are attempting to delivery or did attempt another delivery and you, the customer, will have your complaint ticket resolved and closed without any actual action or delivery. Then, the company you ordered from, they won’t give you a refund bc speedx said they delivered your package but they never did. You would think with all the complaints being the same thing that this company would either get their act together or get sued. It’s pretty obvious that SPEEDX is stealing everyone’s package and probably selling them to open crate stores or the drivers just keep the package for themselves. ITS OBVIOUS YOU ARE THIEFS, SPEEDX.

Package was delivered but contents removed

Package was delivered at 1pm. My daughter was home and went downstairs to get it, finding that the package had been cut open and the contents removed. The driver took pictures of the package as if it had been delivered, so they either knew it was empty or stole the contents themself. I am skeptical of the stories people tell of their package "not being delivered." I think the packages are getting stolen by the company/employees.

Absolute WORST company

Absolute WORST company. I now have a package (with 13 items) that had been sitting in NJ for 13 days with no movement/no updates - I live maybe 2 hours from this location so there is no excuse. I’ve attempted to reach out numerous times - no physical contact info - everything leads you to an AI bot that is of no help. I’ve reached out to SHEIN numerous time, they just keep saying “please be patient” and keep pushing the date back to request a refund so they aren’t even of any help other then offered a $5 coupon that has to be used within a few days as “compensation” for a late delivery. Upon researching, this is very common with this company. While SHEIN has decent priced stuff, they also won’t refund for the shippers issues.

Terrible and almost fraudulent company

No phone number, “support” is a chatbot that will open a support ticket and no one will ever respond, and no facility to pick up package from if their lazy drivers decide not to deliver. Twice they “attempted” to deliver my package that required a signature. I was sitting in front of my house both times, and no one even pulled over, let alone knocked on the door. No note left, no attempt to contact, nothing, just an update on the tracking info. They said they rescheduled for a third delivery attempt, and on the date they set, the package never even left the warehouse. They claim to be a “last mile delivery service”, but the warehouse my package was supposed to be coming from is a full 81 miles/over two hours away. This is an awful awful shipping company/delivery service, and I’m currently waiting until they send the package back so I can get a refund for my package and order from somewhere else that doesn’t use this company. If you find yourself unfortunate enough to have a package involved with this company, pray that it doesn’t require a signature.

Update: 5/28/26 - despite the lengthy “response” from the company below, no staff has contacted me except for two short form letter responses to my original chatbot ticket I sent days ago (both from different staff members), and as of right now, no redelivery has been scheduled or attempted.

Second Update: 5/28/26 - received an email and update on the tracking info that the package was Out For Delivery again beginning at 5:05 PM. I responded to the email with exact delivery instructions (description of the house, the cars parked in front, etc.). It is now 10:00 PM, tracking still shows it is Out For Delivery. The numerous failures of this delivery service is Exhibit A of what a logistics/shipping/delivery company run exclusively on AI automation looks like.

Final Update: 5/29/27 - package was finally delivered. Driver contacted me while I was at work, he did not wait for me to arrive for a signature. Said his manager just told him to drop it off without one.

We know no words can make up for the poor experience we have brought you, and we take full responsibility for all the service failures in this delivery process.
We sincerely apologize again for wasting your time and causing you huge inconvenience and disappointment. We have recorded all your feedback as a top-priority optimization item for our team to rectify our delivery management, staff supervision and customer service system comprehensively.

Terrible!!

Terrible!!! The first time order was to be delivered, the person came by 8pm to my mail office that closes by 5pm. My mail office has a secure place near the building where you can drop items but the driver ignored it. I received my other packages from other shipping companies without any issues but SpeedX has since then marked my package undeliverable. The customer service is nonexistent and that package contains all the items for my birthday dinner. If you want peace of mind don’t use them for anything!!!!

Update: I sent an email to the mail address you sent to me. No one has responded so I don’t know why you guys are acting like you want to resolve this issue. I will definitely go to another platform and say this exact same thing I have photo evidence and everything to back my claims up. This is my tracking number. Deliver today!!SPXATL005672605180027490

Completely unreliable, huge backlog and zero movement

Avoid SpeedX if you can. They have left my packages sitting at the local hub for more than a week. The store is completely overwhelmed, the staff member I spoke with had 54 packages just sitting there waiting to be processed for pickup, and days later, they are still stuck in the exact same spot. Extremely frustrating and unprofessional service.
