I called your support team and spoke with Steve and he was super polite and was able to split my order and I wouldn't have to pay the additional shipping costs. Amazing website and team will continue to shop here.

I have ordered from here for a while and they have never let me down, they have been quick with the shipment getting here within a week. I ordered the GAN 4x4 V2 SP and it turned out so much better than I thought. I would want a UV coating version of the SP, but other than that, it is amazing

I cannot recommend SpeedCubeShop enough. My son has been using a MoYu RS3M daily since I first introduced him to cubing with this model, but a corner piece recently failed (the red tile detached and the internal stalk cracked). I originally purchased the cube from a seller on Amazon called CuberSpeed, but after multiple attempts to contact them for a replacement part, I was met with total silence.

I accidentally reached out to SpeedCubeShop thinking they were the same vendor. Even though Steve from their support team quickly clarified that they were not associated with the Amazon seller, he didn't just turn me away. Instead, he took the time to check their warehouse, located the exact Red-Blue-Yellow corner piece we needed, and coordinated getting it sent out to us as a courtesy to help a fellow cuber.

It is incredibly rare to find a company with this much integrity. They provided the high-level after-sales support that the original seller failed to give. If you are looking for a place that won't leave you "hanging out to dry" when a part breaks or you need assistance, look no further. SpeedCubeShop has gained a loyal customer for life.

This is the best website I have ever bought my cubes on without a doubt. Their prices are very cheap because they always lower prices, their customer support is phenomenal, and they are my go to for buying cubes. There are lots of features like Wishlist's and gift cards which help people find gifts for birthdays and holidays. I would give it a million stars if im being honest.

placed an order on February 25 and saw that it had an expected ship date of on or before March 5. Amazon had the same thing available for next day shipping however I had time before I needed it so I tried to support a small business instead. March 12 my item still hadn’t shipped so I emailed support. At first they were very apologetic and said that they had just received a large shipment that included all of my items and I could cancel or wait as they’d be shipping it soon. Again, Amazon could deliver this tomorrow, but I decided to just wait although I did not commit either way with them, wanting to leave the cancel option open if it didn’t ship soon. March 17 I receive an email that only part of my order was ready to ship and so I could either wait for the remainder of my order which is still in backorder or have it shipped separately and pay additional shipping fee fees or cancel. I emailed them that I wanted to cancel and went ahead and placed my order on Amazon as now I have an impending competition for my son. Instead of refunding, they decided to immediately ship my items and tell me that if I wanted to return them I would have to pay shipping to return it and additionally, I would be subject to the return policy, which is ridiculous and wouldn’t get my money back to me for over 30 days. Despite me showing screenshots that they created the label but USPS does not actually have the box yet they refused to cancel. This was an issue that they could make right and they chose not to. Even despite the backorder delays which I believed out of their control, I would have ordered from them again. I no longer after these interactions, believe that my items were back ordered or delayed. I think that they only prioritize shipping things when people are frustrated and ready to cancel. They are clearly disorganized and dishonest.

I recently ordered a MoYu WeiLong 3×3 V11(Magnetic, MagLev, voice 20-Magnet Ball-Core, UV Coated) - Stickerless cube. The order was delayed by a few days, but it was definitely worth it. I received the cube and it felt great. This company does a great job at informing you about your order and even offered me a 5% discount for the delay. Amazing experience.

i ordered a delivery from them, since they were located in America and im in the UK, there was some understandable delays, if it wasnt for them explaining what had gone on, i would be an angry customer, but they helped me stay patient, im still waiting on the order but as long as you are patient, you should be okay, and if you get impatient, thats on you not speedcubeshop, for this delay, they gave me a 20% of voucher for compensation, so even if your order comes late, you are still getting the most out of it but if you make an order, it hopefully wont get delayed, as long as there isnt anything happening that is affecting trans-atlantic shipping, even then im still getting my order and you should hopefully get it in sufficent time .so is this a good store? yes and they also have the Jperm RS3 M (specifically at sppedcubeshop) so i would definitely go here to get your cubes (if you sign up for their newsletter you even get to know what lubricants to use for the right feel!), also, this is my personal experience im not sponsered or anything this is just how i personally feel about this company so go to sppedcubeshop

This company help me a lots and they are good company and puzzle help me less addicted to phone and more cubing thanks to this company and customer support are best and it had me patient but I normal will anger but this company never made me anger thanks to speedcubeshop

My son loves Rubik’s cubes, and this is the place to find those you can't get anywhere else. They came in perfect condition and with plenty of time before Christmas.
