I've used Spectrum for film processing, scanning and printing and I'm always impressed by their high level of customer service and the quality of the work they carry out.

I would recommend Spectrum for their quality of work and responsive service.

Great high quality prints. The prints all came in a tube and the items were delivered in perfect condition and great timing.
The website I would say could be a bit more flexible with a cropping facility for example.

Had a last minute christmas printing emergency and despite being one day over the cutoff time for christmas I still got my prints a day early. And they are of outstanding quality, will definitely use again.

After using a couple of the most nameworthy printers in London, I switched to Spectrum after having to constantly order re-prints because of defects. Spectrum have impressed me time after time - their quality control is first rate. Will always go out of their way to hit deadlines and make you aware of timescales too.

Spectrum really are great to work with! Their email correspondence is fast and extremely helpful! The prints they provided for my clients, are excellent quality!

I couldn't be more pleased with Spectrum. It's always a risk trying something first time over the internet, but having seen the outstanding production quality, I will always use Spectrum for printing.

I've been very pleased with the excellent quality of the prints and find the online ordering system relatively easy to use. The prints are well packaged but often postage takes a little longer than I'd hoped given that it can be quite expensive. Overall I think spectrum provide a good service that could only be improved with more competative postage prices.

Ordered prints monday got them Wednesday, slight printing flaw spotted and was sent reprint which arrived Thursday morning. Quality and colours are spot on.

I had a picture frame with two 4x 4" and six 3x3" spaces. Through spectrum I was able to custom order each individual photo I wanted to use. The ability to use framing top and bottom of two of the prints helped overcome issues with the proportions of the originals so I did not have gaps in the frame. All in all a really good service.

Prints were of excellent quality and were ready on time! Can't ask for anymore really. Also phone service was very helpful.

Excellent quality product which is well priced. Postage out of sync price wise though.

Ordering online was easy and I was pleased with the way the photos turned out - this is the first time I've had any of my photos printed as giclees. Service was prompt and packaging good. I would be happy to recommend to others.

Excellent integration between the online ordering system (which is very easy to use, and has a lot of functionality) and in-person customer service. I've been a customer of Spectrum for a few years now, and I'm always very happy with all the prints they produce for me. Friendly and helpful staff.

I went to Spectrum to print up 24 pictures for the Brighton Artists Open House. I dealt with Hazel. She was extremely friendly and helpful, giving me advice that ensured my prints were the highest possible quality as well as being very clear on price and timing. The quality was superb and the prints sold very well. I'm delighted! Thanks!

I had some reservations as Spectrum are not the cheapest, but was very satisfied with customer service as well as print quality and advice given. The range of products is great and so easy to view on the website. I can't wait to start taking big orders (this is a new venture for me) as I know I won't have any worries when work goes to the lab.

I ordered about five prints and mounts from Spectrum. All arrived well packed and a very high quality. Very pleased with end result.

Couple of notes:
- I didn't realise until the last stage of booking that I had to pay £30 for delivery. I thought that was incredibly high and I would like to have known that at an earlier stage.
- I thought the website needed re-jigging slightly. I'm pretty familiar with websites and ordering online, and yet it took me a long time to figure out where I could upload images and submit my order. A big 'Order online now' flagpost on the homepage would make things clearer. Also, too much tech speak - what on earth is a C type print??

Other than those small points, I was really pleased. Would definitely recommend.

I have used Spectrum Photographic for printing and processing for over ten years on and off, they have always been very easy to deal with and there products are great quality.
