I ordered 2 personalised children’s stools. 1 of them no issues but the other 1 had pre drilled holes on the underside of the stool that did not align to the legs. When I asked the company to send a replacement as it was for a present, I was asked to either drill the hole myself (don’t have the correct tool and shouldn’t be expected to) or send it back for them to do. Unfortunately this would mean that the item I’d ordered in more than enough time for the gift to be given, wouldn’t be ready as I’d have to send it back and then wait for it to be reposted out. Louise would not offer any other solution or discount for the stool that I’ve been left with that is not fit for purpose and wobbles which is unsafe for a young child to sit on. I’m so disappointed as I had hoped they would be such a lovely gift.

Ordered a custom photo jigsaw puzzle on Wednesday night (around 11pm), it was in my hands on Friday morning. Even with their fastest delivery cost, still worked out cheaper than competitors.

Website is awful. I've tried today to order 2 personalised books and a personalised slate. The boxes to choose size and matt or gloss have some weird words in there: Liquid error (sections/main-product line 543) Could not find assets snippets/icon-caret.liquid. What the actual??? So, ive bought elsewhere. Absolutely shocking. Can't think why this company is 4.6 on Trust pilot!

Order was delivered with incorrect postage and so item arrived late. Quality of item was poor and due to insufficient protective packaging the item arrived damaged (scratched)

Having trawled the web to find personalised coasters I was surprised by the number of suppliers and the different offerings. We were so delighted with the quality of the christening stool we bought from you recently, that we have ordered another one, this time for a great-niece’s birthday.

Clearly five stars. Where to start?
The standard of the items provided was excellent, including the print quality of the images I had supplied - clarity, definition and colour rendering matched the screen versions.
Service would be hard to beat: response to initial enquiry, prompt production and despatch, and most of all when a glitch happened with the courier. (The firm was extremely helpful and, although DHL missed two delivery slots they had set themselves, Always Personal bent over backwards to ensure delivery was completed as soon as possible.) The acid test for any firm is how it responds when a problem arises and this one passed with flying colours.
